This hot spot is very well known by locals and it offers a variety of landscape and activities. Wether you want to take a nice walk over the hill or just relax on the beach, here you will definitely enjoy a full day outdoor. However this car park is highly under capacity and it suffers of typical congestion problems occurring every weekend or during a sunny warm day. The lack of car parks force many drivers to pull the car alongside the road which is not a good practice besides the fact that no side parking is allowed. This car parking offers toilets. Finally, I highly recommend you to visit this place as long as you can find a safe car parking space. Obviously if you arrive by Dart this problem doesn't exist!

The beach has soft well rounded stones. The area has ample parking, is next to the dart station and about 10 minutes walk to several bus stops. There are public toilets that are cleaned regularly so you can be comfortable grabbing a coffee at the dart station before heading back into Dublin.

It's OK. Its clean enough. Parking is awful and the roads are always busy and mostly jammed, had to park a good distance away and its not an easy walk to the beach. Stoney beach so bring something soft to sit on and forget the buckets for the kids. Honestly if it's a beach you want just goto portmarnock or Sutton.

Great swimming beach. There are three swimming buoys , each 300m apart moored 200m off shore. Lifeguards on duty June- August. Beach shelves rapidly to deep water. Good string tidal currents. Public toilets are usually very clean. Parking is €3 all-day. Coffee available in the dart station less than 100m from the car park.

We went on a relatively busy day, but it was not difficult to find a space. As it was a Public Holiday it was unclear to many if a Parking Ticket was required...... dlrcoco could have made it more obvious if they were required or not. Public toilets were open, also recycling units..

Great car park, has a really nice tunnel for you to go under to get to a lovely beach. You don't have to pay to use the carpark. The carpark is a great public service. This review is pretty speculative though I don't actually own a car, I don't know if I would be able to park one.

My "local" beach when I go for a sea dip. I can find a parking spot 99% of the time. I only use it for 30 minutes or so. Beach and sea are lovely, both on high or low tide.

If your car likes to get out in the fresh air and roll it's tyres or pop it's bonnet this place might be worth checking out. Large tarmac area where your car can do a few manoeuvres, park between the very clever playground like paint on the ground, somewhere you and your car can go relax before or after an appointment you may of had together, and listen to the sea and that sound that seas make, its also a good place, if your that way inclined, to put fluids into your car, it's a good level surface so ya will get a pretty accurate gauge on how much fluid you need to put in, if ya know what I mean, winky face emoji! All in all, a park for cars is what all good car owners want and need, fair play .

Free on a Sunday, can be super busy on a hot summer day. Stunning beach, bring sea shoes for swimming, lots of pebbles. Very clean and good for dog watching. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Park and ride car park. Located directly across the road from Killiney dart station. Convenient tunnel access to the beach which brings you onto the beach at as lifeguarded section. Fred and Nancy's coffee is located 5 minute walk along the beach. The are free dog waste bin bags advisable and plenty of bins. It's a clean stoney beach with a steep depth gradient into the water. There are also free public toilets in the car park.

A great place for swimming, right beside the DART station. Great views of Dalkey Island and Bray Head

Watch out here for parking charges! Paid parking till 7pm 6 days a week! And the toilets need a good deep clean... Outrageous behaviour by DCC!

Lovely beach and had a very big car park, on sunny days it is always full of people however it is a very big beach. The car park is on grass and is full of space for parking. There is a bar that limits the height of vehicles entering so campers don't go inside. The car park is very good overall, with plenty of space.

Lovely but small car park. Toilets across the road in the main car park, kept very well.

The car park has been recently re surfaced & relined, now there are several clearly marked car spaces for disabled drivers. The surface of the pedestrian access onto Killiney Beach has also recently been upgraded with some welcome seating added.

First ever sunrise swim, the beach was clean and well maintained. I will definitely bring old footwear the next time because the pebbles reminded me of lego on my kids bedroom floor.

A bit small. Need more space. Clean and tidy... Enough spaces in early morning... Not any left after lunch. 3 euro for 24 hours. Very good price.
