    I joined TPC for their 28 day challenge and I honestly can’t praise them highly enough. From day 1 it has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The guys are so helpful and the classes are great, I was actually excited to stay on with them after the 28 days… and I never thought I’d say that about a gym! 😂 Hugh, John and Joe are so encouraging and always know when to push you to work a bit harder. Highly highly recommend!

    This gym is amazing. Great facility, top workouts and the best environment. The team is funny, friendly, always positive, but at the same time they push/motivate you to reach your goals. I really like the concept of women's only gym. We are the women of all shapes and ages there and you never feel judged for how you look or how much weight you can lift. We all support eachother. Great job guys!!!

    Highly recommend TPC gym, the classes are varied and really enjoyable. The time flies by and you can clearly see results, even after only 4 weeks. I find the weekly timetable and booking 3 classes a week really helps with commitment.

    If you have never been to the gym before or you want to get back to training after a break then this is the place to go. The structured programs and classes mean that you always know what’s going on and never feel out of your depth. The classes are really relaxed and have a great atmosphere and you are never going to feel like the unfit person in the corner. John, Joe and Hugh do an amazing job of keeping everyone motivated and on track. You definitely won’t regret signing up to one of their programs.

    Joined TPC in October and absolutely love it. I have never stuck to anything for this long & use to be very nervous going to any gym classes but this place is just amazing felt completely at ease from day 1!. I’m so happy with my results and im really enjoying the classes! The atmosphere at each session is always great, lovely group of women. The trainers are all amazing and always there to support you with your workouts and give you nutrition advice. There is a great timetable of classes to suit everyone. If you’re thinking about joining TPC go for it you will be glad you did : )!

    I joined TPC for the 30 day challenge and 8 months later I'm still going weekly. The programme really is a great kick start and introduction to TPC Gym and the importance of weight training for your overall health. I cannot recommend it enough, if you are thinking about it just do it like I did. It is such a friendly gym and lovely community of women all looking to achieve similar goals and supporting each other. The coaches are brilliant so professional giving you one to one advice, also really supportive encouraging you throughout while pushing you to your limit. You put the work in and you will see the results and feel amazing at that. I look forward to going that says it all. ,

    I started in TPC in May last year. I was coming up to my 70th birthday and felt I needed to improve my general well being. I have loved every minute and look forward to each class. John, Hugh, Jo and Dylan really encourage us and work us hard! I have never been to a gym before and I cannot believe how much I have improved physically and mentally. I’m so pleased!! We have great fun and lots of hard work! Keep up the good work guys!

    Best Women-Only Gym in Dublin! I would highly recommend TPC. The coaches create a relaxed yet energetic environment every day, perfect for anyone in any way apprehensive about starting out at a gym. The programs are simple and easy to follow but achieve fantastic results. You progress at your own pace with a coach always there with direction, advice, encouragement, assistance or a laugh as you need it. I’ve been a member since last March and have never felt so strong. I’d go as far to say John, Joe and Dylan are amongst the best Personal Trainers in Dublin.

    After developing osteopenia I realized the importance of doing weight bearing exercise. With great reluctance I forced myself to explore joining a gym. I’m very grateful that I stumbled across TPC. The structure and variety of the classes works for me. The three brothers who run the gym are dynamic individuals with warm, supportive personalities. Recently they expanded the team to include another male personal trainer. The profile of women who attend the gym is very diverse and this, in my opinion, adds to the appeal of the gym. They also cater to women with additional physical needs. Another great bonus is the ample parking in the surrounding hinterland. If you are considering joining a gym, I would strongly recommend you trial TPC for a month or two and see if it works for you.

    I've been going to this gym for 1.5 years and it's been an incredible experience, largely thanks to the amazing personal trainers John, Jo, Hugh & Dylan. Their knowledge, support, and enthusiasm have helped me achieve significant progress in my strength, and overall fitness and I feel more energized than ever before. The atmosphere is addictive and the workouts are both challenging and enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for expert guidance to achieve their fitness goals!

    I would highly recommend TPC gym. I started with the 28 day challenge over a year ago and I’m still there with no intention of quitting. The trainers are all lovely and really helpful and the programmes are easy to follow and you progress at your own pace. There’s a great atmosphere in all the classes. It’s not intimidating like some gyms can be. Since joining I feel fitter and stronger. Strongly recommend to give it a go!

    I took the 28 day challenge - 9 months later I’m enjoying each class as much as ever. This is not an ordinary gym why it works for me and so many: Great workouts- guided and personal attention challenged by trainers who know your level. Weekly monitoring of your progress using InBody technology backed up by advice from the trainers. Programs are adapted to work with existing injuries - in my case knee. Great banter - and that’s not just among the ladies- the trainers always seem to be in top form. 3 classes a week with a great choice of time with all ages and stages in each class. Everyone has their own personal reason for being here - mine was to add resistance training but I can say I’m getting that and much more . Thanks Joe, Hugh, Dylan and John.

    I genuinely couldn’t recommend TPC more. The gang in TPC are so lovely, friendly and helpful. They’re very supportive, and push you when you need it. The atmosphere is always so cheery and lively, and it’s always a pleasure to turn up for a class. Loads of options for people with injuries/physical weakness, so exercise is catered to how you need it. Classes are always fun as the trainers are great for having the craic, while still helping everyone be their best. Great facilities for training, also spotless bathroom and changing facilities. Couldn’t ever see myself in another gym after joining. Absolutely worth it 🙌🏻

    TPC is my one-stop gym to exercise in a safe, professionally monitored and efficient manner. It is a great boost for fitness and weight loss in a manner where I don’t have to kill myself with daunting cardio workouts and stressful pressure. I gradually build up stamina and power, and gently push myself to achieve more. The results are brilliant and the feeling is second to none. The place is always spotless and the lads are super nice, helpful and always positive and empowering. I highly recommend TPC for any woman who feels the need to keep&stay fit, and who wants to feel good about life.

    I joined TPC at the end of March 2023. I cannot recommend this women only gym enough. Hugh John Joe and Dylan are very hardworking and give everyone their full attention and make sure everyone is doing the weights correctly. But above all that it has been life changing in relation to the strength my body has within a v short time and the brain feels sharper too! All the women are friendly and fun and engaging and the lads keep everyone well motivated from start of class to the finish. It’s a fast paced 40 mins and you feel invigorated. It’s addictive and v good value. So speak to Hugh, you’ll be hooked. Thanks lads..

    I have been a member at TPC for almost a year now - I cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely professional, workouts are very well thought out and effective, there is a great atmosphere and the chaps themselves are friendly, fun and extremely knowledgeable. Great range of class times available. It’s something I look forward to going to each week. Keep up the great work John, Hugh, Joe & Dylan - it’s much appreciated 💪

    I'm delighted I joined TPC earlier this year. The guys are really motivational in an easy-going way and there's always just a really good atmosphere. Apart from the physical strength and weight benefits, the difference this makes to my headspace after busy days in work is phenomenal. The 45-min sessions are really manageable with a young family at home too. Thanks guys!

    I am almost through the 28day challenge and I can't praise the programme and the trainers enough. I was so hesitant to start on my fitness journey having had two small children in the last three years I kept making excuses about when I would take the leap and start looking after me. Each of the trainers are so nice, dedicated, supportive, encouraging and can have a laugh too. I have to admit I really love that it's a women's only gym where you can't feel comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. The group training sessions are really enjoyable and concise. The variety of the programme offers means you are truly working on your entire body but on different days. I can see a genuine positive change in my body and each week I am feeling stronger and able for more to push myself to the next level. If you're in doubt, sign up....you won't regret it!

    I am enthusiatically recommending TPC . I can't believe I'm actually saying I love it, but I do. I was extremely concerned about injury with old neck and back injuries , 2 shoulder injuries/ surgery, joint issues osteopena, and being chronically tight in so many areas. The lads really look out for you no matter where you start from. I already feel my posture has improved and the unexpected bonus is that it makes me feel so happy after and even during the class even when I find some things v hard. The guys are positive, cheer you up encourage you and are very generous with their help and insights on anything relating to wellness. There's a very good atmosphere in the gym too , a lovely bunch of women. I have tried other programmes and gyms but there's no comparison to be honest. If you want to fix any problems you have now and future proof yourself while having fun, give this a go. :)

    I joined TPC at the beginning of March and have really enjoyed the whole experience. The classes are varied and I always feel like I got a great workout. All the instructors are really supportive and help create a very welcoming and friendly environment . I would highly recommend this gym

    Lately, I started to feel weak finding it increasingly difficult to carry things and open jars, for example.  It's an age thing and I was finding it annoying. To avoid becoming weaker, I joined The Physique Consultants' 28 day challenge. I am in the 4th week and already I am feeling stronger but there are other benefits too - I feel happier, have a spring in my step and have more energy.  You couldn't meet a nicer bunch of lads.  They correct my technique until I get it right. This way I get maximum benefit from each exercise.  It's fun and effective.  I  highly recommend The Physique Consultants. Make it happen for yourself.

    The Physique Consultants is a quality gym in Dublin. The classes are effective, fun and can be tailored to meet the needs of any member. John, Joe and Hugh are great trainers who make you feel comfortable from the get go. The fact that the gym is ladies only is another great benefit as there is such a friendly, supportive atmosphere in each class. I would recommend the gym to anyone who wants to start improving their fitness at any level.

    This place is an absolute gem. I struggled to get back into the swing of things and wanted to find a gym that was flexible in terms class times. I started with the 28 day challenge and loved it so much I decided to stay. The online app helps me organise my week ahead and cancel and choose another class if something pops up. John, Hugh and Joe are so helpful and push you to the limits you are capable of. The guys also switch up movements to cater for an old wrist injury which just shows the level of care given to each member. Great gym for ALL levels. Oh and kudos to the workout music!

    After a tough period of lockdown I joined TPC initially to do the 28 day challenge to get moving again, and I've been there ever since. The programme works perfectly for me with the guided structure and personal approach. The guys make it fun but also keep us all on track and accountable for our own progress. They cater for all levels which is important as traditional gyms can be intimidating for anyone just starting out. And, importantly of course, you get results!

    TPC is a high class gym with excellent trainers who support you from day one. John, Joe and Hugh are great in what they do and make sure that you are preforming at the highest standard before progressing on. Their knowledge on fitness and nutrition is second to none and they will be able to support you in all areas of your fitness goals. The classes are productive and enjoyable. I would recommend TPC to anyone of all ages who is looking for a encouraging gym environment and wants to have fun at the same time.

    By far the best gym i have been to. I normally struggle getting into a routine in the gym, and it can be quite intimidating when you are starting out, but Everyone at TPC has been so nice and welcoming, John Joe and Hugh are great at pushing you to get the best results for you.

    Joining The Physique Consultant’s 28 day challenge was the best decision I could have made to kick start getting back into exercising and fitness again! The guys are so professional and helpful and the classes are fun too. The atmosphere is very positive, encouraging and friendly - I actually look forward to my 6am workouts here!! After a very long time off training, I can already feel and see great changes after just 28 days. If you are considering signing up, definitely do it.. you won’t regret it!

    FEMALE ONLY GYM That's me at the start, I am taking on the 28 day challenge, The muscles don't know what's happening. 💪 having not been near a gym in years, my legs buckled my arms, but in the best way. Check out the page, 45 minutes 3 times a week and watching your diet. The results speak for themselves.

    I trained with TPC for 7 months and enjoyed it so so much. I initially joined to build up a good exercise routine returning to work from maternity leave and the structure, routine and accountability that the team at TPC offer was perfect and has kept me in the most consistent routine iv had in years!!! Dylan, Joe and John are so good with all the clients. They welcome everyone in the door for every session. They pay attention to your progress, correct your form, educate you so you learn how to exercise to avoid injury and build strength 💪 I have learnt so much and gained so much strength and confidence from being trained by these guys. If you are thinking of joining - go ahead and do it. There is no possibility that you will regret it!!

    Can’t recommend this gym highly enough. The trainers are so knowledgeable, they get to know each person that attends, they know exactly what level you’re at and when to increase weights and when not to- and keep a close eye on posture and form and correct it if any you are in any way off, meaning you get results quickly whilst avoiding injuries. I’m seeing results and feeling stronger and fitter after only 3 weeks. I will definitely be sticking with TPC, worth every penny.

    John, Joe and Dylan are knowledgeable and conscientious trainers who run excellent strength training classes for ladies. Two trainers are always on hand during the classes to correct, guide and advise - providing a kind of “semi-private training”. Very nice, friendly atmosphere within the gym, both the trainers and the trainees! Hugh handles memberships. Classes are run mornings and evenings Mon-Sat (except Fri evenings)… with each being approx c.40minutes long. They’re divided into 3 parts: warmup, strength, conditioning. 3 classes per week + and easy & flexible booking system. It’s the close supervision and friendly but knowledgeable guidance that make TPC a 5 star gym :-)

    I joined for the 28 day challenge on the advice of my sister and best friend both devotees...and from day 1 i have been hooked. John, Joe and Hugh are fantastic trainers full of encouragement and support and always checking to make sure your technique and form is correct. From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed with a big smile even at 6am! The guys have not only created an amazing service but a lovely community. The gym is spotless and so well maintained and has lots of lovely touches like the dyson hair dryers in the changing rooms. My only regret is i didn't start sooner.

    TPC is amazing! I usually hate going to the gym but TPC is so different. Joe and John are very professional, and actually make the workouts fun. They keep an eye on your form and correct you if you are off at all - which is so important. They're very personal – they know everyone in the class and know what weights they are on and when to increase them, and they always know when to push you harder. They have plenty of class option times available and it's so easy to book in the app. I'm so happy with my results so far – worth every cent. Highly, highly recommend!

    On week 4 of the 28 day challenge and have signed up for the next 24 weeks. Nutrition plan easy to follow, I'm eating healthier and sleeping better. The guys are really welcoming and extra attention paid to beginners. Really enjoying the classes and seeing results already :)

    I haven't been to a gym in many years and was a bit apprehensive about walking in to TPC. I had been suffering from back pain and generally felt zapped of energy. After doing the 28 day challenge I feel so much stronger and my back pain has disappeared. John and Joe are professional and the workouts are consice, fun - and quick! I cannot recommend TPC highly enough.

    I’ve been going to this gym about 9months (actual training period) and I lost approx 5kg doing the work out and a food diary. (I do eat BigMac❤️ here and there - I see you John & Joseph laugh about me & BigMac!!🤣🤣) The point is ever since I started to go to the gym I’m happier with myself as I see the result and also motivates me to eat healthier (but not crazy strict!!). It’s lifestyle changer! Not just about losing weight! I never liked the weight lifting and finally I found myself the FOREVER GYM! (Hope you guys don’t move the location!!) I highly recommended this gym, work outs are challenging and personalised weights and personalised attention to make sure you do a properly & prevent the injury. I must say I really do enjoy to go this gym and very delighted that I found this gym! 🙌🏻

    I have been a member of TPC since March & absolutely love it. I’m so happy with my results so far & I have learned so much! The atmosphere at each session is always so positive and they have really built such a lovely community of women all there for the same reason.     I’ll be honest …. I was skeptical! A friend and I joined both of the same mindset. Having joined gyms a few times with best intentions, I never stayed. Two or three classes in and I ran! Not with TPC … the 3 trainers are in a league of their own, each with their own personal trait that drives, motivates and encourages you no matter what your form when you enter the class. Some mornings I need Joe to coach me as he’s so consistent, helpful and always supportive. Or it’s John as he tries to push me on in his cheerful, encouraging manner or it's Hugh who is always helpful and full of advice and suggestions. I can’t recommend the team enough. Week 6 and still returning week on week. And I’ve not even mentioned their knowledge on diet, foods and nutrition! And their sense of fun… always a smile on their faces no matter what the hour - how could I forget that!! If you’re looking for a gym that will get you the personal results to which you aspire ….     Just finished the 28 day challenge and I have to say I’m surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed the program! The guys are great, super friendly. I was a complete beginner and each week I’ve gotten stronger with the team correcting your form as you go. This is a very slick operation and the guys have thought of everything, I love the flexibility and being able to cancel classes if needed until the last minute is a massive plus!

    I could not recommend TPC enough . I have never done this kind of training before and was quite nervous starting. But absolutely no need as the minute you enter the gym you are met with a big smile from John joe and Hugh and made feel at ease immediately and above all very welcome . They are so professional at what they do . They are always there helping and guiding you . The gym is spotless and it’s always a pleasure to be there . I could not praise this gym enough and especially the three lads . Keep doing what you do guys 👍
