horrible customer service, i bought an watch yesterday on the website and chose collect in store option after the payment i called there and i told that i would like to go to get the watch because i have to travel tomorrow and they said alright i’ll call you back today so they didn’t call and the next day they called saying that the watch that i already paid doesn’t have in stock anymore but when i bought and paid it was the last one, now i got no watch and i have to wait a bloody week to get me money back, don’t buy anything from them!!!!!

I went to Rocks Jewellers in Stillorgan to get the battery on my watch replaced. It was inspected (in the back of the shop) and I was told that the interior was rusty and would need to be replaced. Cost: €75. I was surprised but said, okay. As I was waiting for the paperwork, an elderly man beside me was given the same message: the battery in his watch couldn't be replaced because the interior of the watch needed to be replaced. What a strange coincidence, I thought. Too strange, to be honest. So, I asked for my watch back and took it to another jewellers, where they replaced the battery. When I collected it, I asked: is the watch in good working order? Answer: Yes. Is the interior rusty? Does it need to be replaced? Answer: No.

I got a watch battery replaced today. I was charged 15 euro for a service I paid 10 euro for six months ago. When I queried the 50% price rise I just got a shrug of the assistant's shoulders. A very shocking response from a reputable business.

Top class service at Rocks in Stillorgan. I wanted to order something on line but it wasn't appearing on line when I rang the shop I spoke to Betty and she was so helpful and facilitated me paying over the phone for the piece of jewellery and organising delivery to my home. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived the Thursday morning. I am very happy and will definitely be back.

Caoimhe in the Grafton Street store was fantastic - from the second we walked into the store we felt so welcomed. We had viewed rings in another store & the experience in rocks exceeded any other experience. I've followed rocks on Instagram for a while & the in store experience is just incredible. Caoimhe is an asset to the team there & she is the reason why we chose our engagement ring. It was a very new process to us buying diamonds & caoimhe answered all of our questions with so much information & made us feel comfortable! I'm so happy we got our engagement ring with rocks & we will be back soon again!

I travelled up from Donegal today in need of an engagement ring , from the minute we entered rocks jewellers we were met by the lovely Jean who helped us make the important decision , she was very personal , so genuine and really made us feel comfortable and at ease. Jean is fantastic at her job and picked out a ring that I did not have in mind and this is the ring I brought home with me tonight. I received a bespoke engagement ring from Rocks and it is absolutely gorgeous! It took about 6 weeks from when they received the images and it came out just as designed, dainty but still feels strong. I cant describe how happy I am, thanks again Robert!

I can honestly say when it comes to Jewellers this is by far the only one I’d go too. I got two rings remade and put together for sentimental reasons and Michael did exactly what I asked and put so much thought and effort in for me so I would be happy and I truly was. Best jeweller, am so happy 😀
