Our stay was one of the best stays. The staff of F&B was extremely efficient and always smiling. Special mention for Ms. Sapna as she made sure my kids' food demands were met. The quality and variety of food was really good 👍. Room service was way too quick.

Pathetic service. Horrible experience at hotel. Waste of money and waste of time. I stared there for 2 days, there were power cuts of 5-6 minutes that too 4-5 times a day for both days. Room service is very very poor. I asked for water bottles the day I checked in. Called up the reception 6 times for water in that whole day but didn’t get water to drink the whole day. I placed request for golf car to drop me to the swimming pool, waited for like 25 minutes but the car didn’t come. Worst experience staying there.. WORST RESORT HORRIBLE SERVICE PATHETIC STAFF I would have given Zero star if I had an option.

I went to Westin Pushkar from Gurgaon for my wedding anniversary celebration. Initially, I was a little hesitant about whether it would be worth going so far (by self-drive) but to my surprise, this was one of the best stays of my life so far. Worth every penny (I think positive reviews over the internet are proof of it). let me share my genuine views: First of all, Thanks to "Urmila Sharma" for taking care of our stay like a sister. Very very special thanks to especially "Ravi, and Shankar" (from housekeeping) for the fantabulous room decoration and for taking care of room-related stuff so beautifully. Good Job Sharvan & Mohit too :) In nutshell, the Westin staff was so humble and courteous, I have been to many good resorts in the past but you guys nailed it. I think without your efforts my stay wouldn’t have been so pleasant. Coming to rating (10/10 in all aspects) : Room - Huge, clean, best of class, a unique concept of an indoor pool. Services - Humble & Caring staff, Quick response Decoration - 10/10, they did more than what I expected. Food - 9.7/10, lots of options and fresh food. Ambiance - 10/10, Photogenic place, you will find lots of unique photography points. Thank you Westin Pushkar team for putting in the effort to make us feel great on our special day. you guys are awesome. I wish to visit again. A vast open expanse! Well manicured massive lawns suitable for all types of events. Rooms are well maintained and contemporary. The food is delectable and fresh. All types of cuisines are offered. All in all a fabulous getaway for the weekend or for any type of corporate or personal engagements.

The Resort is located in a rural area with no proper roads connected to it, Other than that, the rooms are spacious and cozy, Though the bathrooms are a bit dirty. The overall resort is really beautiful and has a great vibe to it but it is a bit dirty at certain parts, The swimming pool is really big and beautiful but it is a bit dirty, The food is amazing, But unnecessarily expensive. There are many activities like cycling, indoor games etc, which are fun for kids. The staff is really friendly and hardworking, and they do the task given to them as soon as possible. Overall I will give this resort a 4.5, They need to work on certain things, Other than that it is good.

I have been to the resort before pandemic, and the outdoor restaurants and the outdoor view was good, Now last week i went there the staff told me that we are not allowed to sit outside because it is only for the memebers who stays in the resort which was really really odd. I mean the main thing that people come to westin is the outdoor view and outdoor restaurant and that too they do not allow for normal members which is really a sham because i came back from Australia just to visit that place. We have to go to the indoor restaurant then , after that the staff told us we can only sit inside and not outside. Really disappointed from the management i won't even come next time and warn people not to come from so far to westin just to get this type of treatment.

It was one of the best stays. We booked it for my birthday . They made special arrangements and gave amazing surprises. Everything was perfectly organized. The hospitality was excellent. Each and every staff is having welcoming attitude, they go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable . Good music in evening, playing area for kids, toy train, camel ride and a pond with few geese birds. Food taste and quality was excellent. Special thanks to Miss Arshdeep , Mr Arya and Mr Piyush for making our stay memorable. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful resort to family and friends.

I only find the restaurant service very poor as the waiters there were roaming confused and unable to serve you. The service in restaurant is super slow. This was a trip for me and my family to enjoy and experience the resort and enjoy Puskar. This was an amazing resort with amazing rooms and amazing service. There are transportation buggies which are free and you can use them to travel all around the resort. There are camel rides and horse rides within the resort. There are so many activities to do. They had amazing cleaning services which left messages after they cleaned on the bed made by plants and flowers. The pool part of our room was big enough to chill and relax. The common pool was huge and beautiful. You can even rent a small cycle boat which you can use in the pool. The breakfast and lunch were amazing with many options to choose from! There were two things which I thought they could improve on, which was the lights going out a couple of times and the road which is going to the entry towards the hotel. The road is broken and it doesn't look like it is the road going towards such a beautiful place. There was also a huge yard for weddings and different activities. The staff was friendly. Other than the lights going out and the road going towards the hotel, this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my life.

Really nice property with a personal pool with every room. Property is quite big and can be a great weekend getaway during monsoons and winters. Rooms are big and spacious with almost all amenities. Staff is quick and helpful. Overall tremendous experience.

I would like to share that we stay in the Westin pushkar, we had a very amazing and comfortable stay . The services of this hotel are up to the mark. Specially housekeeping team is very helpful, thanks to Mr. Ravi and team Ayush, jitendra, Shivam and kuldeep.

This was our second visit and would love to visit again.The resort was amazing itself. It's huge with lots of gardens, scenic beauty and places to relax. Great service and wonderful food. The drinks were superb!! The staff is one of the most friendly 👍

Amazing property, kids friendly. Staff too is really cooperative. We were served by Gopal & Bhagchand from the Room service team they were amazing. The only thing to be careful about is monkeys. Since the property is in an secluded area, we had quite a few instances of monkey walking in our room or gatekeeping our room for some food

The luxurious resort of Pushkar. 🏨 They have lots of indoor activities- camel ride, horse ride, toy train, archery and live music. Wide variety in breakfast menu and food is delicious. Rooms are spacious. Road to hotel is not at all good. Overall a good experience! 👍🏻

We like the resort room is very comfortable and the survice is also very nice👍 locatation is very beautiful .there are many pools I enjoy my holidays very much and the house keeping staffs are very helpful specially Gopal Bhagchand Chiran ,Pridip and jyoti all behaved very gently. Wowsome experience in every way! Thanks to my best friend who recommended us this property for a small family staycation! • Food here unlike many 5-star properties is amazing. Paneer parantha is a must try and portion size is pretty considerable. • Rooms are good. Ours had a pool right outside room and we found it better than the rooms with pools inside as inside pools give some marshy smell to rooms. However, cleanliness of pool water can be improved. • Best part of this property is their highest level hospitality and service. All employees are super courteous. They were gracious enough to attend to any of our requests. Special mention of Urmila (RM) and Akash (F&B) who made our trip very memorable. Packed lunch for our return journey was cherry on the top!! 🍒 • 1 important mention - the property has tie up with local priests and taking this complimentary service, we got a very good Darshan at Brahma temple, Sandhya aarti, lot of good info about the city and scriptures, parking facility, etc. So, guests who want to visit temple should definitely use this service from property and need not waste time searching for right people/ places. • And last but not the least, most memorable momento from them was a framed picture of my family at the property which we never got from anywhere else yet. It literally touched our heart and is a commendable gesture from property.

Nice location with airy villas surrounded by trees and well maintained gardens. The Villa was very well maintained and comfortable. The spa is good. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one - special call out to Urmila and Pankaj from the front desk for making sure we had a nice stay and helped coordinating temple visits at Pushkar. We had a nice bonfire evening with snacks, caught a movie in their small private theatre and were treated to amazing Local, Italian and Asian delicacies by Chefs Naveen, Pradeep and Ashwani. Due to covid related difficulties, although only the main multi cuisine restaurant is currently open, the staff is more than willing to understand your palette and make something off menu. The public facilities such as theatre and play rooms need repairs - so we hardly used them.

Great place to be spending time with family! Front desk manager Piyush was super hospitable along with all of F&B staff. Food could be a bit better but the weather and overall resort with amenities made up for it.

I have always loved being in Westin. Though many might feel the rooms are costly but trust me its Value for money.. their hospitality is so so so great. The whole staff is so welcoming. Have been there twice in 2 months and will be back again.

This vacation was the bestest vacation in my life..we planned suddenly to visit Pushkar but on this peek season we don't accept a reservation in this beautiful resorts but we get the room easily..First up all a big thank you to Kumar Arya sir who has given a tremendous service .We never felt we were going to somewhere else he treated like a family.I travel many places ,hotels and resorts but I luv this property heartly.All the staffs are very cooperative and helpful..Special thanku to Muskan and Biswanath who are very very friendly...Yes ofcourse food was also awesome and yummy specialy a big big thank you to executive chef Aswani sir who was specialy prepared mouth watering food for us..last but not the list really loved this beautiful resorts i should recommend to all visit this property once in ur life . We didn't not stay there but we went there for dinner. Very good resort with great food with great service. But the road to the resort is really pathetic. Not sure if they are doing something about it.

We had our lunch at this property and we had an amazing experience. Excellent food with great service.The chef has magic in his hands , whatever we ordered from starters to desserts , everything was delicious. Mr. Akash gave us the best hospitality experience. I was travelling along with my 15 months old infant and they made everything according to baby’s requirement as well. Will recommend this for everyone travelling with kids .We stayed in Nature village resort near westin which is now famous on social media but after coming to Westin we realised that no property in Pushkar can beat Westin. If you are travelling to Pushkar with kids and looking for a leisure trip it’s a must visit hotel with so many activities ❤️

Being a part of Westin Hotel chain, you can expect the best in terms of experience. Along with Pushkar visit, spending a day doing activities in Westin was part of my schedule and I was not disappointed. Secondly, I am very pleased with the way staff arranged things before hand for every little thing. The staff is highly courteous and makes sure that we experience the best of best during our stay. Being a Bonvoy member I made the booking for my family to celebrate my sister’s birthday! I am glad I made a good choice. Vatsal as a manager took care of the reservation and our stay. He and his team is excellent. The room, service, cleanliness everything is perfect ! Kudos for the customer service ! We loved the stay and the entire staff was very kind and courteous! The only improvement areas are I guess the wifi connectivity and hot water ( since it is solar heated it’s a little slow ) I love the fact that water is served in glass bottles ( eco friendly) in a nutshell I do recommend the place !!! Special thanks to Vatsal for making the stay so hasslesfree and getting the room decorated before our checK in !

Pros Great staycation away from home! We took the Marriott experience package which included cocktails in the evening and breakfast in bed and it was indeed amazing! Special thanks to Chandan in mixology at the bar! He made the whole experience so so special!! You have to meet him if you visit the property! Cons: 1. The beds are very uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep well. 2. The location isnt good. Pushkar is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and lovely sceneries however westin is located in such a way that from none of the restaurants or places , theres any view.

After much deliberation we selected this property to welcome 2022 as a family of almost 50 members. Now we feel it was the best call. The resort is the perfect combination of services, food, facilities for all ages. We must thanks Vishnu Sharma from Sales and Devi Dass our Coordinator from the hotel for providing everything required within few minutes, it was a perfect example for before and on resort services.Duty Manager Pankaj was great And finally the chef Ashwani Kumar and his service team including Sapna whose services were excellent. The food taste, quality and the spread was the best to die for, he made everything we asked him. the whole experience was mind blowing.the resort location is beautiful.rooms are super spacious rather never had such a big room in any other resort or hotel.the rooms are neat and clean with all amenities required. service is something I really want to mention about : Mr Vishnu from the sales was on his toes from beginning till end along with Mr debidas handling our events so nicely and was always available .very very impressed with the whole team.they went out of the way to help us in all the possible ways they could.Mr pankaj ( duty manager) was open to all suggestions and was very helpful.food is good and Chef Ashwini Kumar was always there to help us out with everything we needed.can’t remember the name of other serving staff but all of them were super active and took care of everything we wanted.all the best to the whole team
