John is so nice and is so good at what he does. Anytime I’ve had my cracked phone screen fixed he will fix it immediately. And his prices are so affordable! He is so good at what he does and so knowledgeable about everything phone related! I highly recommend checking him out! I drive all the way from Springfield for him to work on my phone! 5/5 🌟

John had always been nice to me. Until I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max. He was allegedly going to use as his personal phone. Had Problems with speaker. He blamed on me. I tripped with phone cracking slightly bottom left of screen protector. The main screen was unharmed. He tried to tell me I got glass in the speaker. What glass? There was small crack not near speaker and it was crack in protective screen cover. A small crack. A licensed ATT person ran a diagnostic over the phone. She said there were several modules that were bad in the iPhone. She said he would have had to known bc he had opened the phone. She said he may fix the speaker, but it would by a temporary fix. Bc the phone was bad. John kept trying to make it sound like I fell on purpose. He went from being nice to being the biggest JERK I’ve ever met. He was very narcissistic!!!

John is always friendly. He is very knowledgeable and honest with what I need for my phone. His prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend him!

Any time I’ve ever needed my phone fixed or had a problem I immediately come here, every time I come he’s respectful, courteous, and very helpful. His work is very diligent and will even explain the problem to you, very fair price. Overall it’s always a great experience and highly recommend 🕺🏽

They were very helpful and accommodating to the disabled persons phone I brought in. They went out of their way to make sure the screen replacement was not too slick so it wasn’t dropped as easily and when they didn’t have the part for the phone it was quickly ordered and was finished the very next day. It was also very affordable.
