I had an early morning Saturday appointment which fit my busy schedule well. This was my first visit and Jess was my stylist. I was overall impressed with the shop itself. It's very clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The "wash room" was an awesome touch and was my favorite part of the appointment. My hair still smells of lavander not that icky dye smell in which it usually does after leaving the salon. Jess massaged my scalp and neck during my shampoo/condition and it felt so relaxing.. The "wash room" was warm, inviting and so relaxing. The softmusic playing in the background was also a nice soothing plus. My stylist Jess did a wonderful job. She came off as educated and knowledgeable about both cut and color and made me feel very comfortable in her hands. Jess was friendly and professional. She wasn't overly chatty or awkwardly quiet. She's so easy to get along with and very sweet. As for the finished product... I was very pleased. I walked out feeling great with a nice rich color and cute cut... exactly how I wanted to feel. The whole appointment took 2 hours start to finish and with thick hair like mine, that was perfect timing. I scheduled another appointment with Jess for 6 weeks out.

Such a cute salon! I went for the first time the other day and the space looks brand new. Very clean and nicely decorated and the staff is very talented! Paiton did my highlights and I love them. Will definitely be back again for touch ups and new styles!

I’ve booked with Emma twice and have loved what she’s done with my hair both times. First time was just a cut, second was a trim and lowlights. Both times have turned out beautifully. The salon itself is very cute. Smells amazing and adorable decor. Happy to have found this one and will continue to visit Emma whenever we need.

Went here as a gift someone else was paying for. Wanted 2 different sets of highlights and a cut. Had to come back a 2nd time because the lady did balayage on my hair which isn't what I asked for....the lady did the same thing the 2nd time couldnt even tell what I got done to my hair..literally look liked I dyed my hair 5 months ago and it grew out. Had to get my hair done a third time by a different salon and found out my hair was cut unevenly. While at this salon I noticed the first question asked to the customer is where do you work at. I guess so they know how to treat you once they find out you're not in the upper middle class I guess what you want or how you're treated is based of that here.. both times I felt like it was rushed because the girl doing my hair over booked herself. Wouldn't recommend to any other ethnicity or class of person other then wealthy white women who can spend alot of money here if you don't have a bmw or a designer puffer jacket I suggest going somewhere else

The Parlour has a great atmosphere and the people are very welcoming. Chelsie’s facial room is very peaceful and quiet. Chelsie makes you very comfortable and gives a great, relaxing facial. She left my skin feeling soft and rejuvenated. I love the hot towels and the hand massage as well. Will definitely return again and again!

I would recommend getting a facial from Chelsie. I had one and was amazed at her skills. She gave me the best facial I have ever had. Can’t wait until my next appointment.

I just started going here the past six months, and I LOVE it! They have drinks and snacks available and the decor is so cute. Brooke G has done a great job both times I have gone. Normally I have to get used to a haircut (even a trim), but both experiences I have loved it the day of, which really says something. :)

This place is beautiful! It has the feel of a big town salon smack dab in Pekin! The staff are so nice! I will definitely be coming back!

I love going to the parlour to get groomed. Lol. Seriously, l have always felt at home when my son and I are getting haircuts. The ladies at the Parlour are very professional and tend to any needs you have while waiting for your appt. Highly recommended. The best Parlour around by far.
