My family and I have been with Barry Bailey State Farm for around 3 years. The staff is always so helpful. Sorry to say this year I had to use my auto insurance and home owners insurance but they worked to make the process as seamless as possible. Jennifer was so much help! I have been a State Farm customer for a few years but I recently relocated from San Diego to Aquilla. Whitney made transitioning not only from one state to another but from a business plan to a personal plan, a breeze! I had several vehicles (including trailers) and she gave me several options for coverage, even getting me similar coverage in a personal plan that I had in my business to make sure I was adequately covered. Since then I’ve had 2 different claims in less than 2 weeks. I had questions about my options. So I called the office. And instead of them telling me to call the claims department, Jennifer said she would call and get an answer and get back to me. 10 minutes later Jennifer called me back with the answer and even gave me further advice on how to go about getting the best solution. I of course got multiple quotes when we moved here and to be honest some of them were cheaper. However, you don’t get the kind of customer service that you get from this office with other big name insurance companies.
