Awesome Hole in the wall BBQ resteraunt, Thick Sliced Brisket, Killer Homemade Sliced Sausage, Great Potatoe Salad... You will LOVE this place. 5 Stars... :)

Great food and attention to detail! All the little things here make this a great stop for Texas BBQ. I had the two meat combo of sausage and brisket and I was very impressed by the overall quality and flavor of everything! The bark on the brisket is competition perfect and the flavor gives the big names around here some serious competition. The potato salad is on point, very few places use the the correct potatoes and these guys knock it out of the park!

This is a hidden gem!!! The owner is more than friendly, the cashier is adorable, and the food is AMAZING! The chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. I was stuffed!! The chicken sausage on tortillas are perfectly seasoned and tasted incredible! The brisket melts in your mouth. The portions are large, the food is delicious and the staff is like family. This place is a must for lunch!! 😊

Stopped by on our way through Waco on a family road trip. This place is definitely worth a detour from your route if you’re traveling! The owner was working that day and was extremely friendly. We got the brisket and sausage on a plate, in wraps for the kids, and in a sandwich. The sausage was a tad bit spicy for the younger ones, but it was delicious! The brisket was juicy and melted in our mouths. It was the perfect spot for lunch and a quick leg-stretch.

The food…..so good made me wonder if everything I’d ever done in life was not just leading me to that plate of BBQ. I will definitely die knowing that I had once eaten like a king. The service…..although I could tell the girl behind the counter was mildly SPECIAL. The service was excellent. Kyla ( the special girl ) was wonderful and very enthusiastic about the food she was serving. JR was very good at making us feel right at home with his delicious meals.

This company catered at a Wedding I attended not to long ago. Loved the food and staff he had on hand. I decided to pay his place a visit and was not disappointed. Not only will you find the BBQ amazing but JR will have you feeling like family by the time you leave. His BBQ restaurant will be a regular stop for my family and I.

Great spot. Had the sliced briscuit sandwich and it was fantastic. Fair prices. Owner is very friendly and a former rodeo champion.

When I come visit my family here, I stop by for the BBQ sandwiches. The BBQ is amazing and the owner is awesome. They have all kinds of bbq sandwiches, bbq plates and sides. All of it is delicious. Come by and try this place out.

Great owner. Friendly service. Got the brisket and chicken. Brisket had great Smokey flavor and a nice bark. The chicken was cooked just right and had solid flavor. Go by and say hi as they just reopened for takeout. I'll definitely will stop again.

I was earley so a little slow but only one person there and just opened. Bbq good. A little more smoke. But i was early customer service was top of line . very friendly. Professional. Courteous. And might I say Easy On The Eyes! I would recomend.

Awesome service!!!! The best BBQ.. Went here for a quick bite. & was very pleased with the food. The owner JR was genioungly nice & very professional, he sat and chatted with us while we ate, which honestly told me that he cares about his customers!!! I had the brisket sandwich & LOVED it!! Fast an friendly service! I got the sausage sandwich with onions, jalapeños, potato salad an a water for $13.50. I definitely recommend. They sell out quick! So I definitely recommend gettin' there early!

I have had takeout from there at least once a week for the last 2-3 months. It is a delicious! Moist and flavorful, nlwaysot spicy! I only rated a 4 because they are not open enough. I'm not sure if it's called rodeo in a cup or what , but the cup is layered with beans , meat, potato salad, and it is awesome! My new favorite food!
