Wasn’t
a
great
service
for
the
money
they
took,
most
of
their
staff
are
trainees
and
not
experienced
professionals!
Unhygienic,
I
would
rather
opt
for
headmasters
as
they
charge
the
same
amount
and
are
hygienic!
Very
slow
service
and
staff
did
not
respect
my
privacy(
they
were
keen
to
know
why
I
have
acne)
I
came
to
your
salon
to
feel
good
but
the
staff
made
me
feel
insecure.
I
wouldn’t
recommend
this
salon
at
all!
I
know
that
good
services
do
take
time
but
they
took
a
lot
of
time
just
for
minor
services
and
even
then
they
didn’t
do
it
properly.

stars
as
they
were
cooperative
and
did
provide
me
with
a
sandwich
and
juice
when
i
asked
them
how
to
order.
Below
is
my
review
for
the
services
I
took-
1-Waxing
and
bleach
-
took
2
hours
to
just
wax
my
arms,
underarms
and
legs.
Bleach
was
done
simultaneously
as
well.
But
it’s
shouldn’t
take
much
time
as
it
was
only
the
side
locks
which
were
to
be
bleached
and
not
the
whole
face.
Wax
was
all
over
the
bed
,
my
shoes
and
on
floor.
The
hair
band
which
was
used
to
wrap
my
head
reeked
of
some
sort
of
smell
and
towels
were
unhygienic
too.
I
had
to
ask
the
staff
to
use
fresh
water
and
towel
but
they
all
looked
the
same.
I
don’t
think
they
even
change
their
bedsheets
or
use
a
new
waxing
wooden
spatula,
also
their
waxing
strips
are
really
huge
and
the
girl
was
having
problem
in
getting
the
proper
grip.
2-
root
touch
up
-
so
another
girl
then
took
me
for
root
touch
up
and
took
another
40
mins
just
for
this!
I
mean
it
shouldn’t
take
more
than
15-20
mins.
Really
slow!
3-
manicure/
pedicure-
after
my
hair
color
,
I
was
sent
to
another
section
for
manicure
and
pedicure.
The
girl
used
a
towel
which
was
being
used
by
another
customer
for
her
henna
application
and
she
used
it
to
dry
my
hands!
Mind
you,
it
already
had
henna
on
it!
Not
sure
if
they
were
out
of
towels
or
she
was
lazy
to
get
one!
I
was
asked
to
dip
my
hands
and
feet
in
water
by
one
of
their
staff
but
then
other
staff
came
and
said
I
should
not
have
done
it
yet!
They
all
were
confused
though!
As
I
was
running
late,
I
asked
them
multiple
times
to
hurry
up
or
do
things
simultaneously
such
as
mani
and
pedi
can
be
done
together.
Even
though
it’s
a
job
of
manager,
I
had
to
intervene
and
ask
the
staff
to
get
someone
else
to
do
my
pedicure
as
one
was
doing
manicure.
A
lot
of
mismanagement,
no
right
guidance
from
the
manager,
staff
is
clueless
what
services
I
have
opted
for.
In
between
my
man/ped
,
I
was
asked
to
go
back
to
hair
color
section
for
hair
wash.
Hair
wash
-
staff
is
again
clueless
if
a
shampoo
is
needed
to
wash
my
hair
or
not.
I
mean
how
do
you
get
off
hair
color?
Why
am
I
paying
you
if
you
not
going
to
use
proper
products?
I
had
to
ask
for
it
and
they
used
a
shampoo!
Coming
back
to
my
man/
ped-
It
was
not
done
properly,
they
only
did
my
right
feet
properly,
in
fact
they
didn’t
even
remove
callus
from
left
feet
as
I
being
made
to
shift
from
one
section
to
another,
she
either
forgot
or
thought
I
didn’t
notice
this!
Didn’t
remove
dead
skin
from
left
hand
again
for
the
same
reason!
Didn’t
enjoy
my
time
here
as
I
thought
I
would
relax
while
doing
it.
The
staff
was
inexperienced,
could
understand
from
their
conversation
and
confusion
on
steps.
Eyebrow
/
upper
lips
-
staff
did
a
good
job
but
she
and
the
girl
holding
my
eyebrow
were
more
keen
on
knowing
why
I
have
acne
on
my
face!
Made
me
feel
insecure
!
I
had
to
tell
them
it’s
because
of
pregnancy!
I
mean
I
came
to
your
salon
to
feel
good,
relaxed
,
I
see
my
face
every
morning
and
I
know
I
have
acne
,
why
do
I
have
to
explain
it
to
you
who
is
a
stranger?!
Overall
-
staff
is
inexperienced
(
other
than
one
or
two),
not
managed
properly
as
most
of
them
were
clueless
about
services
you
have
taken,
manager
should
have
managed
this
part
though
,
they
are
unaware
that
there
are
services
you
can
do
simultaneously.
All
of
these
services
took
place
in
a
timeframe
-
11:30Am
4:00
PM.
I
have
done
same
services
in
other
high
end
salons
and
it
doesn’t
take
more
than
2.5
-
3
hours.
Also
I
would
rather
go
to
some
other
salon
where
they
respect
your
time
and
privacy!
