It was a wonderful experience of staying at Remsons Hotel. Loved the cleanliness and room decor. Very elegant at a reasonable price. The only area of improvement is proper staff training. One of the staff boy disturbed my sleep by pressing the room bell at undesirable time while others were ignorant regarding guest's privacy. The room service boys were trying to enter the room as soon as the gate is opened which I didn't like. Ideally they should wait at the gate until been asked to come in.

Hotel is very good room . But service like late night room service call, still 8:30 AM I'm waiting the brake fast. Out side the rain but I need umbrella but no umbrella it's 3 star ranking. My coffee cup big makhi so very bad food not a hole I think so dhabha sorry to say

We booked the venue for wedding, and it was a pleasant experience. Everything was provided by the venue only. The place's staff organised the food, decorations, and everything necessary for a good event. Sound, impressive management system as well.

Good hotel in Sangrur which matches the standard of any metro city in terms of rooms and food their restaurant serves. Rooms are of decent size with good bathrooms. Food is delicious and good quantity. They got a banquet as well with ample parking space.

Great place to organise any event having gathering between 100-150 persons. Ambiance and Catering service are quite good.

Worst service. No one picking call on reception as well as on housekeeping & room service after 10 PM and when reached reception to clear plates he told that they don't have staff and he will not collect plates itself. Rude staff and worst place to stay in sangrur
