I would NOT recommend this place. We arrived around 8 o'clock the night we checked in only to find there was no one on-site working and no direction as to what to do next. Eventually I call the number to find out there were all kinds of weird steps just to get in the room. Once in the room it was NOT AS ADVERTISED. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and sinking in as there was no support to hold them up. The towels were old and rough and the shower leaked all over the floor while I was bathing which I can only assume was due to a hole or something. To cap it all off after having a long delay to check in we asked for a late check out to make up for the inconvenience only to be told very rudely no and that it's our fault. That was the icing on the cake for me. Bad service, bad quality, and poor structure is all I have to say. If you can stay somewhere else then do so. The star rating is not accurate.

Rooms were clean, comfy and beautiful. We. found everything as expected and were very happy with our room and all services provided. Wlan password was provided, internet is free, though not the fastest. Location is very convenient. Cam'Ron who checked usnin annd out was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Would definitely come again.

Location is beautiful! Rooms are pretty, however do not allow yourself to get assigned to room 301! There are no light darkening curtains on the windows, and at night it is like daylight inside. If you sleep past 7:00, you won't because the room wall is shared with the utility closet for staff. The water backs up in the tub if you run the bath (not shower), had two bugs in the tub. Wondered why I was sweating at night, there is a big gap around the door and the door frame. Also you hear people in the office through the shared wall, And those standing around outside talking. No sponge to clean dishes ( bring paper ), found dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. Staff is friendly.

This is a cute quaint perfect getaway. We wanted to getaway for the 4th and we are so glad we picked this location. Jennifer was very kind and helpful. Knowing what kind of resort this is, and seeing we would be grilling we brought our own utensils, seasoning, etc. Glad we read the review about the pillows so we brought our own, I would recommend it. This is not a GLAMOROUS BEACH SIDE RESORT This is a mom and pop location and more like island living . We will be back:)

Not what I was expecting. It has a great concept and I can see the vision they are shooting for but the comfort of the rooms was terrible. Stayed for two days this past weekend. When we arrived late Friday we went straight into the room and ready for bed to find the ac wasn’t working. Lots of light and traffic noise due to our room being right by the main road and only a curtain that allowed the flashing traffic light to blink through all night long. They replaced the small window ac unit the next day only to find out that it wasn’t an issue with the ac rather than the electrical in the wall so we were equipped with a huge extension cord running through the room to keep it going. Bed was sat straight on the metal bed frame with no platform or box spring so we could feel the dips in the mattress as it sank between the metal slats on the frame. The entire room was was like a poorly remodeled basement with bandaid fixes everywhere. I know the deviation this area suffered but just wish the owners would invest a little more money into the rooms. The outside gathering areas were pretty cool, with a small beach community vibe. As I said I see their vision and with some improvements it could easily be one cool spot to spend a vacation, but this time for us just wasn’t it. Wish I would have just booked with a hotel for the money I spent here.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! Wish it was longer. The faculty was amazing and very accommodating! We used the paddle boards and kayaks and bicycles and loved the experience. Pool and outdoor area was well kept and inviting. I will say breakfast is mostly packaged things but they did have fruit and coffee, I wish they had hot food but that is really reaching for something they could change. Shower was hot and beds were comfy and clean so all in all we were very happy with our stay. It is a smaller place so it is more homey feeling than most commercial hotels we have stayed in. If we ever come back we will be staying here!

This is a beautiful and affordable spot situated between the bridge to FMB and the rest of the Fort Myers area! Rooms are clean, cool, and decorated with amenities! We enjoyed the complimentary paddle board, kayak and bicycle rentals so much, we wish we could stay longer. Even when there was an issue with the third party booking company we used, Jennifer and the team were quick to help resolve the issue. We hope to come back soon, this is a great stay in the Fort Myers area :)) Thank you!

The rooms and the location are good, even the hotel is located close to a busy street. Breakfast is really the weak side. Short time and less stuff. Another very positive thing is that the hotel offers use of kayaks for free. Great! A good American style restaurant is just a jumper away from the rooms. And please be aware, that there is no reception available. You nee to check in via mobile phone and get the room entry key per email the day you arrive.
