I highly recommend coastal vacation company and the house we stayed in at 671 Estero. It was spotless, had all we needed for our family reunion. The pool and hot tub were heated and clean. We walked on the beach across the street daily and enjoyed the views of amazing sunsets. The customer service was amazing. They responded to questions immediately. The area is in the process of rebuilding, but it didn’t hinder us from finding good restaurants and supplies we needed. The people were very appreciative of visitors and business. Thank you for a perfect experience.

Our family had a great time on our recent visit to Ft. Meyers Beach. This home had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The kids LOVED the pool and we all enjoyed how close we were to the beach. The home was updated throughout and had everything we needed. Would love to come back.

This is a prime location on Fort Myers Beach! I was hesitant to come after the hurricane and rebuilding but it’s amazing ! You can walk to all the local bars and your 2 blocks if that from the beach ! It was such an amazing stay- the pool and hot tub was clean and available morning until 9pm! Room had everything we needed - and the host communicated all throughout the stay !

We rented two four bedroom pool homes side by side on Fort Myers Beach. Everything was clean and provided plenty of space for our family gathering. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Anytime I had a question, the staff provided PROMPT service/responses. You can't go wrong with Coastal Vacation Properties if this is how they run their ship. Kudos.

Everything was perfect! Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, great stock of kitchen appliances. Very convenient location walking distance to 2 great breakfast spots and an ice cream shop. 2 minute walk to the beach, and having the wagon and chairs was so helpful. Pool was wonderful! I would stay here again.

Our family rented a beautiful home from Coastal Vacation Properties. The home was spacious for our 12 family members. We really enjoyed the pool area. We did have quite a few issues that needed to be resolved during our stay. Overall, Coastal Vacations did a pretty good job trying to resolve some of the issues we encountered. We were staying in the home over the 4th of July. We had a couple of issues the first night in the home. When we tried to contact the company, they did not get back to us for 2 days. I realize that this was a holiday, but we felt like someone should have contacted us sooner. We had issues with the water heater for the entire stay. They sent a plumber out to resolve the issues. We were still having trouble the night before we checked out. Hopefully, they will get these issues resolved so other families do not have to experience issues during their stay. Everyone was super friendly when we needed assistance with things. They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Our family loved Washington Avenue for our Labor Day getaway. It had so much room and had everything we needed. Having our own pool on-site was a winner! Staff from Coastal Properties even brought us batteries. We were so glad to see that the community is re-building. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was nice and had been renovated since the hurricane. Beds were comfortable and the living room was roomy and had a pull out sofa. We did have an issue with the shower and tv but maintenance arrived very quickly and fixed the issue. The downside was the air conditioning did not keep up with the heat. We visited in July and the air would get up into the mid 80s every afternoon despite continually trying to adjust it to 72. So in the middle of the day it was hot in the house. The company said it’s hard for the air to keep up with the heat. Overall it was a good stay. The beach is an easy two block walk.

Loved the house! Very clean upon arrival, good amenities, great pool and location is excellent! We will be returning in March for a few weeks! Coastal was very responsive to our needs! Highly recommend!

Our family stayed at the property for five nights. The house was perfect! It was super clean, warm and inviting. We had all of the amenities and the property was close to the beach. The kids loved that each room had its own separate TV and our own private swimming pool. We plan to stay here again!

Had a great time staying on Fort Myers beach. You cannot get closer to the beach than at this location! The hurricane did a lot of damage in the area but our building was open and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. I would highly recommend this location! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and very spacious for our family of 13 that stayed together. Right across the street from Ft. Myers beach. They thought everything through and we had all essentials needed. Our only complaint would be with the pool…I am assuming, as every property in Ft. Myers, it probably took a hit due to hurricane Ian and might have had some repairs done to the concrete Inside of the pool and hot tub walls. Some areas were fine, but a lot of the concrete was so rough that our kids feet and legs were so scraped and they were bleeding from how rough the finish was. The concrete might need to be knocked down with a sander just to take the edge off. Other than that, the pool and home itself was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

The place we stayed at was incredible! Right across from the beach, impeccably clean, and well appointed with everything we needed to cook, relax and recharge for a few days. Fort Meyers Beach is still rebuilding, but the people here are incredibly friendly and resilient. Coastal Vacation Properties makes you feel right at home.

Location was superb! Sunsets from the apartments was gorgeous! Apartment was very nice and spacious, but I found a baby cockroach in the kitchen. Was a little disappointed with nets in the balcony blocking the view. Rusted appliances… Pool was non functional. We were supposed to get a coupon for beach gear from a vendor… but after cajoling we got a coupon 2 days before our departure, that was disappointing. Overall a decent experience! We were happy to support the economic recovery of fort myers beach!

130 Bahia Via is SO beautiful! From the renovated kitchen, to the comfortable bedrooms, to the stunning pool + private hot tub we enjoyed every detail of our stay and will definitely be back! It was such a quiet, peaceful getaway. LOVED being on the canal and across the street from the beach. Can't wait to come back!

We truly enjoyed our week! 2 king beds were awesome as well as the screened-in porch. Pull out couch bed was extremely comfortable. The lights took awhile to figure out, but we managed. Pool was clean and backyard allowed good sun. My wife would’ve loved another shovel chair in living. Plan to comeback next year.

Great location, 5 minute walk to beach! House is gorgeous, lots of amenities, heated pool and spa. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved having 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. I highly recommend this home to rent - we will be back! Darcy from Kentucky
