Very bad attitude. All staff have more head weight in Eluru staff. They don't show any gratitude towards customer. Any person who want to buy dresses with dignity, please do not go to this office. Please please please do not go to this Shop if you want some dignity Eluru Ramraj cotton shop ...is so worst that I visited.

I could give negative rating if possible. The staff is very arogant. They are not interested to show also. They are not giving respect to customers. The clothes are also cheap quality. Worst customer service. Very bad behaviour

Billing/Reception customer service is Horrible. Lady in the billing shows only interested in providing the amount for billing apart from that NO REPLY. Proper training required.

No full range of varieties. Monopoly attitude. Not fare of this behaviour.

Nice collection but funniest part is even gold shops are allowing us to do video call to show their collection but here there is no video call facility to show material to anyone.
