Positive vibes all around the temple. Cauvery river flowing nearby the temple. Ancient temple with spiritual vibes. Lord Shiva is the god along with Vishnu, goddess Mahalakshmi Amman. Considered as the main pilgrimage spot. Management must do good parking facility for cars and bikes as they are charging Rs 50 for car. Can make better road to the river.

This temple is the one of the oldest temple in kongu region. It's situated in river banks of cauvery. Located at kodumudi. Bhrammotsavam is celebrated in the tamil month Chittirai, in addition to Aadipperukku where lighted lamps are set afloat in the river. The sun's rays illuminate the sanctum of Shiva and Ambal for a period of 4 days in the tamil months of Panguni and Aavani. The other festivals are Aippasi Pournami, Thaippoosam & Arudra Darisanam . Seekaram marriage aaga inga vanthu poojai seiyalam.

OM NAMAHA SHIVĀYA This Shiva temple on the banks of the river Cauvery is exhilarating. That too when Cauvery river is flowing well and with devotees take a dip. The padithurai has safety grils for the devotees to take a dip safely. The steps to river are not slippery. After taking a dip or washing the legs, we could see the Rājagopuram of Sri Magudeshwarar Temple standing tall in front of us. There are following shrines (Sanctum Sanctorium) of Moorthies and order in which to have Darshanam: Magudeshwarar Tirupurasundari Brahma Veera Narāyana Perumal Maha Lakshmi Hanuman Saneeswaran Kala Bairavar Navagrahams The temple is clean. Few cows are in GoShālā inside the temple. Blessed and serene environment.

The very old and one of the famous temple in Kodumudi, Tamil Nadu. It is situated on banks of the river Kaveri and special Pooja's are performing on new moon and full moon days in the temple and a good place to perform tarpan for ancestors on new moon day in the Kaveri river. There are three adjacent temples in same premises for Lord Shiva (Sri Magudeshwarar and his consort Sri Vadivudainayaki), Lord Vishnu (Veeranarayana Perumal and his consort Mahalakshmi) and Lord Brahma and inside the Ambal shrine there is separate shrine for Goddess Saraswathi.

Nice temple. Neatly maintained. People come here for any astrological obstacles they face in their marriage. Five theerthams there has a special element to it. Lots of positive vibes present in this temple. Good parking facility is also available in front of the temple. Cauvery river is beautiful to watch and take bath as well.

Really a must visit temple! Parihara sthalam! Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma - all three have separate shrines here. Beautiful campus, very neatly maintained! Temple located on the banks of Cauvery river. Barricades are erected to safeguard the people who are taking holy dip in the river! Be safe and carefull when you get down into the river.

Wonderful and peaceful place to worship Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Lord Bhrama in the same place which is one of the specialities. The river being near the temple paves way for it being one of the greatest place for people to perform many different types of Pooja. The millinea old tree in Lord Bhramma's sannadhi is also a fascinating sight to see. It is a must see place if we drop by Kodumudi anytime.

A gorgeous temple on the banks of the river Kaveri in the middle No where in a super small village. It’s a beautiful little village. Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva in the same temple along with so many other gods. Plenty of space for doing pariharams inside the temple. The priests in the temple are super helpful and take a special interest in your well being. Definitely must visit.

If you planning from salem by bus then take a bus to Erode and then lot of buses direct to Kodumudi or else you can get Tiruchy bus via kodumudi. From bus stop you might required to walk 400 mts to temple where you can see 3 gopuras and river flows in slight distance infront of temple. Only place where river flows north to south direction near temple is fabulous. You can get blessings from lord brahaman with vaniya maram(tree) of 3000 years plus.
