My brother done Lasik surgery here, they providing good greetings and they giving good services, First they test 3 times in various machines and they give put drops and they Re-Check.Before 3 days of lasik surgery they inform us to put drops.On Lasik surgery day they give Complete Instructions to patient, On Operation theater , surgon also give an complete instructions about Do’s and Don’t after the Surgery.Surgery will over with in 10mins and they place an lens for their safety, they ask them to come next day and they will re-check about surgery.And on Canteen they provide good and taste food with cost efficient to every one.Each and every Doctors and Nurse are very good Manners and caring taking tendency.

From Appointment to Doctor advice all are very good and systematic. And Sisters all are very kind, caring and polite in explaining the cause. Also more kind to senior citizens and giving proper guidance even if they uneducated. This not the first time experience, this is my second time experience after 4 years, in Salem Aravind hospital. Affordable cost. Thank you for the service. But only cons is, parking facility for 4 wheeler is not available.we have to park outside.

I went through PRK Zyoptix to rectify my farsightedness, the procedure was actually fun without any pain. The doctors are easy going and make you feel comfy. The post surgery treatment was really good as well. I have gained my eyesight back thanks to Aravind Eye Hospital, I will definitely recommend this hospital if you want to rectify farsightedness or shortsightedness. The procedures is cost effective. As per management comments, I have changed my rating.Totally <10 patients are awaiting for consultation, there was no crowd for doctor consultation. Doctor was in personal discussion over the phone many times and roaming around hospital in and around on every 10 mins once. Our last visit in April month we came for same, at the time it was completed within 30-45 mins. In this case last time why there is no pupil dilatation? Will it vary every time?

Visited the hospital today with my mother who is of 70 years of age. We were kept waiting for more than 2 hours which is somewhat understandable. But from the moment we entered the consultation room of the dr. Mallikarjun , he started shouting unnecessarily. The said doctors behaviour was arrogant throughout the consultation time. Yelling at my mother and not even asking about her problems. He was impatient and didn’t hear what we have to say. Extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this to anyone

I had undergone Lasik(prk) surgery in Aravind Eye hospital in 2018.I feel very happy without specticals.And so far there is no side effects and vision is very clear now. Visit the hospital today ... removing of stretch ing the eyes we are waiting for 6 hours...they removed 1 side stretch in op itself and they informed to wait to remove another stretch in Operation theatre..we are nearly waiting more than 6 hours only for removing stitching..but they are responding properly

World best strips inject method followed. No one emergency staffs not here. Doctor treatment ok but staffs are irresponsible. My kindly request please Management need to action Immediately for all the nurse staffs.

Try not to visit aravind salem, no proper maintenance of restroom, single restroom for the whole hospital visitors. Securities are too rude in allowing visitors for patient taken. Reason saying for this is corona, but even they are not wearing mask or using sanitizer.

Worst activities by nurses they didn't doing there job properly. Almost 5 hrs me and dad is waiting for see doctor but they didn't call us if I asked nurses they didn't response good very careless after I asked to check the our name was in or not. After they checked they didn't kept our file in doctors room. After we complain only they kept our document in doctor room.

The security guard at the hospital gate is very rude . There is no car parking provision for this hospital. I parked my car outside the hospital on the side of government's road without disturning public traffic. Who the hell is he to shout at me to not park my car in an area which is not the hospital property?By his logic, autos can ve parked there but notnot cars. Disgusting behavior. This kind of bad experience for a doctor like me, I could only imagine what kind of respect will be given to the public. I have never seen such a pathetic person in my life.

Nowadays this hospital is getting worst poor doctor care nursing care and experienced doctors are less.waiting time is too long.a patient should be attend with in two hours but they are taking full day to check our eyes and food also very bad comparing to first nowadays bad

This aravind eye hospital is very well known for service oriented hospital. No commercialisation. They have a huge number of nurses. There are so many from present everywhere. But the very same part is they don't have enough doctors for reach sections. Though they know that there are lots of people are visiting this hospital, not enough doctors available in the duty. Even nurses say that Everytime/anytime you visit our hospital, it will take min 3-4 hrs. Making the patients to wait for hours together is do painful. The doctors consultation takes just 10-15 min but for this 10 min doctors appointment one has to wait 3-4 hours. This is just because of lack of doctors. Dear hospital management, your treatment is really very good but making patients to wait for 3-4 hrs is not at all appreciated. Please assign enough doctors for every department. This could help and lead good patient experiences in the hospital. Every organization makes their mission statement through which they tell who they are and their values. But the amount of wait time here is no where related/connected to the mission statement. Hope the management will consider this review/feedback and improve their service level as per their mission statement. The wait time is the only reason for giving one star rating.
