Extremely good service, little slow though but apt. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is good but not near any beach. You will find local market there and Aprora junction whr most of the buses go on a walkable distance. Big shout out to Sushant the caretaker and Ajeet for prompt action and services. Great location in Arpora, almost 2km each from Baga and Calangute beaches. Supermarkets, veg food, non veg food, dessert, drinks everything is close by. The property is away from city traffic and noise, very well cleaned. The swimming pool is very well maintained. Excellent stay for us for 6D 5N

This place is perfect if you’re looking for a quick getaway with your friends. Everything you could need is a stones throw away including bike rental shops and super markets. You’re never too far from a beach either. Ajju helped make our entire process from check in to check out very seamless.

Power cut caused very bad experience. All the day there was no electricity for two days during our recent visit. And there was no compensation for it. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable though. I had some of my best time here.

Very nice place to stay. All the popular areas are very nearby by scooty. Our care taker Mr. Rathore was very friendly and well behaved person. He helped me and my friends all the possible arrangements. Will visit u again!

The location of the property is very peaceful. And most of the spots to visit are very close to the property, including multiple beaches, food joints, and various points of interests. The host, Mr. Ajju, has been very helpful with our procedures and has made the entire process much easier for us.
