Do not eat on this restaurant I had order masala dosa then I see cockroach in my chutny after that i order again and also that time i found cockroach in the meal It's very unhygienic to us so don't go on this place and don't eat Staff is very irresponsible it's totally unhygienic not good for health

Decent hotel on Mumbai Bangalore highway that serves Maharashtrian style of food. Service was quick, we ordered roti, panneer tikka with rice, curd and chai. Food was good considering we went there at 11 pm. There's a pan and juice shop next to it with ample space for parking. They accepted upi payment. There's restrooms rooms too but in ok condition

Very worst place i have ever seen Shop outside the hotel charges extra money on MRP price I purchases hide and seek biscuit with MRP 25 rupess and owner charged 30 rupees Same i saw with other customers When i questioned owner said i need to sell my shelter if i will not charge more money Very pathetic place

It's not a very big hotel, you can come here for vegetarian breakfast options. Situated beside the road reaching here will not be an issue. Restrooms seem to be good. I felt a bit expensive as compared to the things they offered. I don't recommend buying anything at the hotel shop, he is literally selling 5 rupee chips packets for 15 rupees. In case you ran out of gas the petrol pump is there just near the hotel.

4 for the Hygiene. Decent food, snack and fresh juice options. Good people. One of the very few places on Bangalore highway for a Hygienic stop.

Terrible maintenance of the toilet. Very arrogant staff and not at all customer friendly.. people there are just surviving on the buses that stop there. Take only cash in 2022. Most buses stop there. Absolutely no idea why you would stop at such a filthy place The food is okay. Rates are definitely descent. Need to take coupon before getting the food. Self service and need to pickup food at the counter.

For Gujarati people this one is best option. Breakfast like South Indian pauha upma in best quality. Cleaning in hotel and toilet both are good. Staff behaviour is also very good. We are masala dhosa and it was very tasty. Nice...

Nice tea early morning, clean restrooms and good environment, at the store just outside the restaurant has a lot of varieties available in snacks and dry fruit chikkies for travel time pass and chocolate collections to make your kids happier for the moments

Worst Place.... The toilet is so dirty all insects are there and does not even feel like going inside it. And the food is also very very costly here. Sad to see why VRL Travels is not able to find good hotels during Karnataka and Maharashtra root. There are so many options available on the root. Next time I would not like to visit this hotel.

Order Management was not good. It was a chaos as about 10 buses and their passengers tried to order simultaneously. They need improve on that front. Also toilets were not properly cleaned. Food quality was good though.

Food didn't taste good. Seemed like the hotel did not bother about customer service at all. Advertisements of Pay By UPI was all over the hotel but the cashier kept the scan code in the high secured locker😂.

Service is excellent but at least give a multiple options to customer for pay only cash is taken online payment or card option is unavailable. Even food quality need to improve somewhat.

Well, I was travelling from belgavi ( belgaon) to MUM by a bus service. Most of the buses halt here and very few personal vehicles halt here. Firstly, entered the washroom ( men) very poor conditions. No flush in most of the pee pots, stinking area, no clean up. I thanked my self to not have taken any women with me as the ladies complained about the unclean and not hygienic washroom here. ( very bad) Hygiene in the restaurant is 0 out of 5. Food I must rate, 2 or 1 out of 5. Tasteless. I ordered a veg Thali, Guys trust me, tasteless cabbage, and the kheer, it seem that it was made out of some rotten milk with heavy sugar.. Dal was not cooked properly and only flavour and colours could be seen or tasted. We have shops around for snacks ( packet chips, chikki, biscuits, fruit juices, but who halts here for shopping of other stuffs if the main reason has failed big time. Definitely, the shops must be belonging to the restaurant. Parking can be suffient but what the use of parking after my review here. Will you really visit, especially with families? To the resto owners, Your staff is not following the hygiene, please give them uniform ( at least a couple of shirts, must be clean) Please change the cook. Please maintain the ambience in the restaurant by cleaning the webs, fans adding a few lights inside and outside near the dirty washroom ( at least women shall feel safe).

We were on our way to Mumbai. Our bus stopped here in the morning. The toilets were plenty and clean with running water. They also had western style for elderly as well. Drank tea with mild sugar.

Stopped at this place as part of VRL bus passengers. They stop here for food. Review for restaurant: Food was good. Received on time and tasty as well. Washrooms are okay and well ventilated. Review for shop: I could say that the shop keeper is a cheater. Small value amount chocolates are sold at double the amount. When questioned he said its like that only, if you want you can buy else you can leave. Attitude was arrogant. Must avoid place. Shop Photos attached.

This is one of those restaurants on the Pune highway where the Mangalore Mumbai buses stop for breakfast. They earn good amount of money everyday from plenty of buses that stop here. Yet the maintenance and the quality is not up to the mark.👍👍👍 The washrooms are not at all maintained clean and the mirrors are stained. One of the urinals drain was not working and the urine was blocked. The toilet had particles of fecal matter all around the place. The whole washroom was smelling horrible. Also, the surroundings aren't clean and the whole place looks like an abandoned building where the food is served.✅✅✅✅👍 As far as the food is concerned. They don't offer any table service for the breakfast. Ppl get a token and wait in queue to collect their food. Also the food they provide is far below the standards for the price point they have set. A plate of idli wada costs 80. Ive attached pics of menu, washroom and the food I ordered. I feel nobody is taking any notice and so these ppl ripping off huge profits without making any effort to improve the place.👌✅✌️
