We had a very nice stay in the two appartments. It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and Chris the host was very nice and hospitable. The surroundings was beautiful near the river and forest and the location was perfect in Flachau. We will definitely come back, well recommended!

We booked 2 nights for a wedding in Flachau. The advantage of the apartment is definitely the quiet location. Very new everything and above all clean. The small garden is also great. Opposite on the other side of the stream is a great watercourse for the children to play. In the direction of the city, a bakery is a 10-minute walk away. With 2 nights you also get the guest card with which you can use the chairlift to the Floris adventure trail for free. We have already received the guest card digitally in advance. That's how it should be everywhere these days, which unfortunately isn't usually the case. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

An amazing appartment (we stayed at apart B) it has everything you need. The rooms are big the beds are comfortabe and it is very clean. The bathrooms are also big and there are 3 TV's! Christian the owner is very nice and helpful, . There is a laundry service which was also great for us. I highly recomend it!!

We spent the turn of the year 2023/2024 in apartment A with two adults + 1 child and our dog. We found the apartment in a very clean condition. The equipment is very high quality, we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and were able to enjoy the 7 days to the fullest. The Gotthardt family was very welcoming from the first contact. We can expressly recommend Haus Gotthardt and are already looking forward to our next vacation in January 2025.

We recently had the pleasure of staying for 6 nights with our 3 boys at this apartment which exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spacious, providing me with more than enough room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. The layout was well-designed, and the furniture was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. I truly felt at home throughout my entire stay. The apartment was spotless clean and every corner of the space was meticulously maintained, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner and more hygienic place to stay. What made my experience truly exceptional, however, was the host, Christian. From the moment I made my booking, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kids (and me too:) ) enjoyed the playroom and the outdoor trampoline. The apartment was also equipped with everything one could possibly need. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware, and appliances, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. In addition to the wonderful amenities, the location of the apartment was also ideal. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment enough.

The apartment A we lived in for the Christmas week was perfect. Just the one we needed for family reunion. It is perfectly equipped with all the necessary kitchen stuff, (it even has an egg cooker!). It is new and clean; the bathroom is wonderful and taking a shower makes the day! Also, dogs are welcome what is a big PLUS. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant accommodation A man feel like at home here. Fully equipped and nice interior. Close to the lifts, river, beautiful trails and thermal spa.

In December we stayed with the Gotthardt family in App. for 1 week with 2 adults + 2 children. A accommodated. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable. Mr. Gotthardt was extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips about the area. A bread roll service was offered. We'd love to come back.

The two of us stayed in apartment A for 11 nights. We were greeted in a friendly manner and with plenty of tips for the beautiful area. All the communication in advance also worked perfectly. We felt totally comfortable in the apartment, everything we needed was there, clean and modernly furnished. A spacious bathroom and, above all, very good beds left nothing to be desired. The terrace was great to use when the weather was good. Worth mentioning is the good interaction between the landlord and the Flachau Tourism Association, its informative app and the digital guest cards that have already been activated, with which a free cable car ride (from 2 nights onwards) was possible.
