It was nice. I was at cafe. Good for calm and cozy meetings. Their coffee is great as well as their service.

+ clean rooms / friendly staff - breakfast is huge minus (i would love to have, a breakfast buffet, like in the 99% of the hotels worldwide), they market their breakfast as “a-la-carte” - but yea it s nothing special! - small room - gym is super basics with 3-4 gadget, so not worth mentioning for anything serious - the whole entrance area-restaurant-check in counter (all one big space) feels like a hostel Wouldn’t stay there again, however it seems people like this “modern” style.

Very impressed with this hotel. Modern in every sense. From the interior where it feels like an art gallery. When you enter you are presented with a fresh foyer with open space, modern furniture and lighting. Immediately what catches one’s attention is the formula one nose cone and collection of helmets displayed in glass cabinets. There is no doubt the owner has F1 connection. While you are drawn to these, you then start to notice all the art work on the walls. Each floor is like a gallery. The rooms are spacious and modern. Comfortable. There is a 360 degree viewing platform on top of the hotel. Bar has more than basic offers. Breakfast is menu based and also Buffett with Austrian and continental offerings. The service here is flawless. Feels like a family run operation.

This was a fantastic hotel! The staff was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal. It’s fairly conveniently located as it’s only a 20 min walk from the bus station. The only complaints would be that the rooftop is not actually 360 degrees, you can see almost all the way around but there is one side that’s obstructed by the building itself. And the showers are terribly dysfunctional. I’m not sure if the shower head adjuster was just broken in our room or what but it’s very low and hits right at my face (I’m 5’3”). There is also no door, so water goes all over the bathroom if you don’t have the towel right at the exit, if you do have the towel it gets soaked and makes for an unpleasant step out of the shower. Overall though, I would stay here again because of the staff and breakfast.

Perfect location. We booked our room the day of our stay and they reserved a couple of town bikes for us. Graz is a great place to explore and Lend Hotel is a great place to start. Super views and exercise room from the roof top deck and enclosure. Awesome breakfast. Roger and Sheila October 2023

Simply amazing! Very close to the city center + easy public transportation = very nice location. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice, room is clean and beautiful, bed is VERY comfortable and the TV has good size. I really recommend spending a few days here, and will do it again if I have the chance!

A short but enjoyable stay. Large comfortable room. My friend who's a local enjoys the food there. Parking across the street.

A truly lovely experience. The rooms were clean and the staff we're friendly. The traditional Austrian breakfasts were amazing.

Great service, great location, WiFi works well, except on the roof, and the AC works well for this American who likes it cold. Almost all air-condition claims in other EU hotels I have stayed in are just false or super slow too adjust the room temp at best. This one surprised me and I had to turn the AC down. Besides physical conditions & design of the hotel, what I consider most is the people and their goodwill. From housekeeping to the hotel manager; people were nice, friendly & polite. So my first but not last visit to Lendhotel was perfect. Definitely recommend. + Roof view 💯

Great, modern design and art hotel in a good location close to city centre market square with restaurants and bars. Price reasonable. Beds comfortable, nice linen. Smart, well designed bathrooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent.

Location: it's like Minutes from Lendplatz. I only tried it out, as I life close by Restaurant: the food and coffee was Okey Staff: friendly, but s little uncoordinated Bathroom: unclean due to human behaviour

Rooms were very nice with eclectic decor and a modern flavor. Service and staff were amazing. Definitely purchase the breakfast package and plan some extra time to eat as you won’t want to miss it.

A central place to reach immediately the most interesting spots. Very modern and minimalist furnishings. Great service. Gym is a small gym with weights, mats and some equipment. It is open all the time which is nice.

Very nice hotel, close to the city centrum. Parking garage with 7x 22kW AC charger.
