I
won
a
free
trial
month
at
Injoy
through
an
Ö3
campaign.
When
I
was
there
for
the
first
time,
the
first
disillusionment
-
the
whole
thing
isn't
that
free
after
all.
You
have
to
pay
€
30
for
your
card,
from
which
you
allegedly
only
get
€
20
back,
as
€
10
is
retained
for
consumption.
The
training
team
was
very
friendly
and
helpful.
There
was
always
someone
on
site
and
there
was
always
help.
At
the
end
of
my
trial
month,
I
was
offered
membership,
but
it
was
too
expensive
for
me.
Still,
I
was
told
to
keep
my
membership
card
if
I
didn't
want
to
come
again.
I
then
forgot
the
card
in
my
drawer
and
only
found
out
when
I
moved
last
year
that
I
still
have
it.
At
the
beginning
of
July
this
year,
I
wanted
to
return
exactly
this
to
receive
my
€
20
stake.
After
calling
twice,
writing
an
email
and
not
getting
a
response,
I
drove
there.
There
I
was
then
told
that
a
new
operator
had
taken
over
the
studio
and
that
I
should
fill
out
a
form
in
order
to
receive
the
contribution.
No
sooner
said
than
done,
I
waited
a
total
of
a
month
and
received
no
feedback
or
money
back.
So
I
went
there
again
to
ask.
I
was
referred
to
Injoy
Austria
and
should
write
an
email
there.
After
I
wrote
an
email
to
Injoy
Austria
asking
for
clarification,
I
was
told
that
I
had
waited
too
long
to
return
the
item
and
that
I
no
longer
had
any
claim.
Even
after
several
references
to
the
Austrian
legal
situation,
I
was
refused
repayment.
I
didn't
get
a
reply
to
the
last
email.
For
information:
Neither
the
Injoy
terms
and
conditions
nor
the
trial
contract
specify
a
deadline
for
returning
the
membership
card.
Furthermore,
according
to
Austrian
law,
there
is
no
statute
of
limitations
and
in
the
event
of
a
change
of
operator,
the
new
operator
is
liable
for
the
claims.
Conclusion:
For
a
fitness
studio
that
advertises
to
be
an
industry
champion
in
service,
I
find
this
behavior
absolutely
ridiculous.
Perhaps
to
clarify,
my
criticism
is
directed
primarily
to
Injoy
Austria
and
not
to
Injoy
St.Pölten.
Even
if
I
absolutely
cannot
recommend
Injoy,
I
would
like
to
say
that
the
coaching
team
in
St.
Pölten
is
doing
a
great
job!
(Original)
Ich
habe
über
eine
Ö3-Aktion
ein
kostenloses
Probemonat
bei
Injoy
gewonnen.
Als
ich
dann
das
erste
mal
dort
war,
die
erste
Ernüchterung
-
ganz
so
kostenlos
ist
das
Ganze
dann
doch
nicht.
Man
muss
30€
Einsatz
für
seine
Karte
zahlen,
von
der
man
dann
angeblich
nur
20€
zurückbekommt,
da
10€
für
Konsumationen
einbehalten
werden.
Das
Trainingsteam
war
sehr
freundlich
und
hilfsbereit.
Es
war
immer
jemand
vor
Ort
und
es
wurde
einem
immer
geholfen.
Nach
Beendigung
meines
Probemonats
wurde
mir
eine
Mitgliedschaft
angeboten,
diese
war
mir
jedoch
zu
teuer.
Trotzdem
wurde
mir
gesagt,
ich
solle
die
Mitgliedskarte
noch
behalten,
falls
ich
nicht
doch
noch
einmal
kommen
möchte.
Ich
hab
die
Karte
dann
in
meiner
Schublade
vergessen
und
bin
erst
bei
meinem
Umzug
letztes
Jahr
draufgekommen,
dass
ich
diese
noch
habe.
Ich
wollte
dann
Anfang
Juli
diesen
Jahres,
genau
diese
zurückgeben
um
meine
20€
Einsatz
zu
erhalten.
Nachdem
ich
zweimal
angerufen,
eine
e-Mail
verfasst
habe
und
jeweils
keine
Antwort
erhalten
habe,
bin
ich
hingefahren.
Dort
wurde
mir
dann
gesagt,
dass
ein
neuer
Betreiber
das
Studio
übernommen
hat
und
ich
ein
Formular
ausfüllen
soll,
um
den
Beitrag
zu
erhalten.
Gesagt
getan
habe
ich
dann
insgesamt
ein
Monat
gewartet
und
keine
Rückmeldung
bzw.
Geld
zurückerhalten.
Ich
bin
also
nochmals
extra
hingefahren
um
nachzufragen.
Ich
wurde
an
die
Injoy
Österreich
verwiesen
und
möge
dort
eine
Mail
hinschreiben.
Nachdem
ich
an
Injoy
Österreich
eine
Mail
mit
Bitte
um
Aufklärung
verfasst
habe,
wurde
mir
gesagt,
dass
ich
zu
lange
mit
der
Rückgabe
gewartet
habe
und
so
keinen
Anspruch
mehr
habe.
Auch
nach
mehrmaligen
Hinweis
auf
die
österreichische
Rechtslage,
wurde
mir
die
Rückzahlung
verweigert.
Auf
die
letzte
Mail
habe
ich
gar
keine
Antwort
mehr
erhalten.
Zur
Information:
Weder
die
Injoy
AGBs
noch
der
Probevertrag
geben
eine
Frist
zur
Rückgabe
der
Mitgliedskarte
an.
Des
Weiteren
ist
nach
österreichischem
Recht
keine
Verjährung
eingetreten
und
bei
einem
Betreiberwechsel
haftet
der
neue
Betreiber
für
die
Forderungen.
Fazit:
Für
ein
Fitnessstudio,
dass
damit
wirbt
Branchenchampion
im
Service
zu
sein,
finde
ich
dieses
Verhalten
absolut
lächerlich.
Vielleicht
noch
zur
Klarstellung,
meine
Kritik
richtet
sich
vorrangig
an
Injoy
Österreich
und
nicht
an
Injoy
St.Pölten.
Auch
wenn
ich
Injoy
absolut
nicht
empfehlen
kann,
so
möchte
ich
doch
anmerken,
dass
das
Trainerteam
in
St.Pölten
einen
tollen
Job
macht!
