I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were freindly and the location is 10 min walk from the central station, but the hotel is worn down: noisy air condition and noisy heaters. The TV did not work and nobody fixed it aftr reporting. No phone in the rooms to contact the reception. Quite undeestaffed.

I am very disappointed for this being a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was rather basic, they didn´t have hot water in November for one day. I asked for a tea at 11pm since I was not feeling well and they said a plain "no, since the bar is closed". I left an obvious dirty towel in the shower for it to be changed and found it again folded waiting for me to be reused.Through email they told me that the city taxed were already payed, so I was quite confused when they told me that I had to pay them when I was leaving (they didn´t even double check the email). In general the reception staff looked very much lost and not very customer service oriented. If I was again to visit Sankt Pölten I would not stay in this hotel.

Absolute Frechheit sind die !10€ Parkgebühr! pro Nacht in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage, obwohl man ja eh schon ein Vermögen für dieses schäbige Zimmer zahlt. Zimmer riecht auch etwas nach kaltem Rauch.
