Extremely
bad
experience.
This
hotel
has
only
self
check
in
after
2
pm
when
nobody
is
there
anymore.
OK,
but
the
self
check
system
didn't
work.
Reservation
that
was
confirmed
was
not
recognised
at
the
self
check
in.
Nobody
to
help,
except
by
phone.
When
we
finally
got
the
room
key
we
deposited
the
luggage
and
went
out
for
dinner.
When
returning
to
the
hotel
in
the
evening
the
key
didn't
work
so
we
couldn't
enter
the
room.
I
did
many
phonecalls
to
the
help
desk
manned
by
a
job
student.
She
was
friendly
but
couldn't
help
us
remotely.
But
worse:
nobody
could
come
to
help
us
out.
The
girl
said
she
tried
to
call
5
people,
including
her
manager,
but
nobody
picked
up
the
phone.
Because
I
needed
my
medication
that
was
in
the
room
I
said
I
would
call
the
police
to
open
the
room.
Finally
a
cleaning
lady
came
with
her
key
to
open
the
door.
2
hours
we
had
to
wait!
But
we
still
didn't
have
our
own
key
of
our
room,
so
we
couldn't
leave
the
room
while
nobody
was
inside.
I
did
my
complaint
to
management
and
they
came
with
the
usual
blahblah
with
terms
like
"apologies
we
couldn't
give
you
our
usual
impeccable
service"
and
talking
about
"misunderstanding
with
reservation".
Nothing
about
their
system
full
of
errors
and
their
failure
to
give
assistance
to
solve
it.
At
least
I
would
have
expected
a
commercial
geste.
No
no.
Yes
the
rooms
were
very
clean
and
comfortable,
but
when
you
don't
have
access
to
your
room
where
your
luggage
is,
it
has
no
worth.
Plus,
outside
under
our
room
there
was
a
gathering
of
foreign
workers
drinking
beer,
shouting
and
playing
loud
music.
With
nobody
of
the
hotel
being
present
there
is
nothing
you
can
do
against
this.
