Ayer, martes 31/01/23, fui a la tienda a las 20:15. El personal prácticamente no te echa cuenta, te ignora sin ni siquiera decir hola, dedicándose a otras tareas como recoger la tienda. Para mi sorpresa me dirijo al probador algo después, a las 20:30, y me dice el dependiente que están cerrados y no podemos pasar a probarnos. Que nos lo llevemos a casa y si nos quedel mal lo llevemos, dando por hecho que me sobra tiempo para volver o adjudicándome la solución al problema a mi, que le voy a pagar por una prenda un dinero considerable. Pero en pocas palabras el "llévatelo a casa q tienes un mes" fue como decir "búscate la vida, y aunq vivas en la otra punta de la ciudad otro día vuelves". Le pregunto a qué hora cierra y me dice q a las 22:00. Los probadores cerrados casi 2h antes de cerrar. No le echo la culpa a los dependientes, que por lo que pude ver estaban desbordados y eran 4 gatos, y entiendo que de cara al cierre tengan q recoger la tienda, quitar la cola de caja, etc. pero me indigna que una marca de "cierto prestigio" ya que no es una marca barata, y menos si pasamos a la zona de Pedro del Hierro... dedique CERO personal a atender a sus clientes, y que cierren probadores con tanta antelación para poder sacar a delante el trabajo que a simple vista para nada podían llevar a cabo las pocas personas que se encontraban trabajando en ese momento en la tienda. Deberían mejorar el trato al cliente, empezando por meter más personal en la plantilla. Que hayan 4 gatos trabajando y te estén vendiendo una chaqueta de 300€... poco más que añadir. Sin hablar de cómo estaba la tienda de tirada que parecía un mercadillo. Y repito, los trabajadores no tienen culpa, demasiado intentaban hacer con lo pocos que eran. Que contraten a más gente!!!
