Today I was down with my daughter who was found to have strep throat. Nice reception and we got an appointment 2 hours after we called 👍. All in all, very satisfied with the treatment and service.

Feels a bit dubious when you talk to the operator who has messed around with my appointments several times and he is both nice but also quite arrogant.. it took a long time to even get an appointment due to confusion but now I'm going there and will have a look at the place if there are good treatment

Better since capio took over. Haven't had any major problems except that it was sometimes difficult to get time. But after they had some setbacks, I think things have gotten better.

I have only had good experiences: very friendly staff, both in registration and in the medical area. Speak English well! Thank you for the quick help Addendum after 4 weeks: unfortunately very chaotic billing for private patients!!! At first there was only a "piece of paper" with the amount and completely without a diagnosis or description of services and only in Swedish kroner. No email address provided for feedback. So registered mail is necessary. Then 2 invoices came for a total of 3 times the amount of the first amount and again only in SEK, even though I had asked for it to be shown/converted into €. Now it gets really expensive and very complicated. GOSH!!! Therefore deducting two stars previously given 😪

Booked a phone appointment and was called by the angriest aunt I've ever met! Such a grumpy person shouldn't work with people who just want to mess up the conversation

Worst healthcare center that exists despite Capio taking over. If you have the opportunity, switch to another healthcare centre.

Arrogant nurse who called at the appointed time and explained that I only had 7 minutes for my case!!! Felt like I robbed her of her job as I had several questions. No feedback in 1 1/2 months (so far) from referring doctor on X-ray results! Wow I give up on this health center!
