One of The worst Jewelers shop in the city. They just have a brand name but quality and service is like poor class. I bought an engagement ring for my partner and the day she wears, one of diamond got pull out, we send for repair and it took one month to came back. after one month same issue happened again and we went to store to fix it. its been more than 40 days that we are still waiting for ring to come back after repair. i would advise that Shut down your shop if you cannot maintain the legacy and standard's of your brand. One of the worst experience ever. I wont recommend anyone to go to Kalyan jewelers. Third class jewelers.

didn't found what i was looking its European style jewelry, checked some of items there but not satisfied. prices are some how as same as market. but they not much in quantity and quality. neither they are giving any discount.

Either they are understaffed or the staff has lots of other work than attending the customers. When you go to make some high value purchases such as gold, you want someone to guide you and explain every product and show you varities till you are satisfied. But I feel that this is lacking a bit. Rest all is good. Good variety, assurance and ambience.

A branded jewellery store in the heart of Model Town. Has own parking space.. which is generally full. Staired entrance, not wheel chair accessible .. but has its own lift within also making all floors accessible. Good place to buy beautiful gold Silver Platinum, Diamonds jewellery. Expensive but different

I purchased Polki studs gold earrings from Kalyan jewellers Jalandhar on 28.4.17with gross weight of 40.00gms of value 2.16 lakhs. As some repair was required they sent it to head office on 31.8.22 ....I was surprised and felt cheated when I received after repair on 15.10.22 with reduced weight 38.52 grms.... Concerned Manager couldn't t convince me ....with illogical points .....I just want justification from Top Executives of Kalyan jewellers....

There is no any responsible staff about customer service. They are render poor service 2 their customers…. staff behaviour is also too much poor and Cheap. You never know when they deliver your item after repair of any kind of stone. Don’t go over there. Very bad experience with Kalyan Jewellers

Authentic and beautiful designs are available specially in gold. The person on counter was polite and humble.

I did not have a good experience with the salesman on my second visit to the store. The salesman in the silver jewellery counter was mean with his words and frequently rebuffed my requests to showcase jwellery if I did not like the ones they already showcased. And when I asked to start with the payment procedure of already chosen jwellery he kept saying "time lagega" in a tone so that I take my request back. He was irritated the whole time clearly showing no customer care. It was like I was talking to a Govt office employee. I decided to not make any purchase. I was let down and hence, had to finally choose Jain Parash over them.

I visited jalandhar store for shopping of necklaces with my family I was really impressed with the safety measures that the store proper sanitization face masks and hand gloves Were provided temperature checks was done .amazing collection with genuine and hallmark gold my experience was good and the customer service is very excellent I will visit again there.😊😊

Today I went to purchased at kalyan jewellers it was nice experience. Very transperent values and very happy to saw hub collections of rings in diamonds. so i want to share that you should also go there for any purchase because when I purchased other places I faced many problems likes my car parking and my jewellery maintenance, proper bill of my items but now happy for deal with kalyan because personal car parking there I got 4 level assurance certificate of my jewellery.. Very nice all staff and management so all are that . Great experience !! Will Come again soon

If there was an option to give zero star would have done that as they don’t deserve even one. Naam bade aur darshan chote is apt for them as my friend got a ring and was damaged the day after. Even after multiple services its not fixed and it takes too long for them to fix. They have worst service.

Atmosphere is good. Giving good deals. Staff is helpful. Only 1 thingis that they have less varieties which they need to focus.
