Gym and cafe is very good place,cafe food is very highgenic

Kris Gethin is one of the best gyms in Jalandhar. They have high-end machines and trainers and are friendly and helpful. A star for the non maintenance of the shower and steam area. The washroom is nicely built, but the exhaust system is a disappointment as it smells bad sometimes. Machines and equipment are good, but there is no ventilation system.

Quite difficult to give exact review. Machines are very good but u have to work out of ur own. Exept few, rest of trainers only show their interest when u hire them as ur personal trainer. Otherwise all are just .... (Just don't want to comment). In last few months, maintenance has gone down but they are trying their best to improve it. Don't know what to say about Jacuzzi.. Housekeeping staff are really good & doing their job tremendously. Appreciate their hard work. Overall a mixed review (50/50), somethings are good and some are bad too. Yes, but I will think twice to continue with my next year membership 🤔🤔.

Appalling service, be it the ACs be it anything regarding their management…. In a single month they keep the gym closed for days and say maintenance lol and make it worst for their clients….. but yeah if you want to have a sauna please visit the gym with no acs and without a single freaking Fan…. Won’t recommend this gym

Definitely best option for a gym.Great facilities that are always clean.Lots of equipment & plenty of trainers & supervision to watch. Definitely recommend for nice workouts.

This gym is one of the best gym in kpt. I've joined it few days ago and lost 1-2 kg quickly. I'm very happy with the results. Moreover, it also provide ladies timing differently which is very beneficial for girls. I would recommend everyone to visit and join this gym.😊😇

Best gym with delicious food in cafe

This is Jarnail singh from Kapurthala so far as I know this is a great place with a wide variety of equipment available. There's good friendly staff who are always available to give advise. On top of all of this is the fact that it's priced at the right level making it possible to join a quality club without breaking the bank! And I really want to give my persnol thanks to Mr Harshan Singh Sodhi (Honey) who help me to reach to this place. So Last but Not least , East or west this gym is the best. Hip hip hurray

There are only 6 branches of kris gethins gyms in India. It is one of the best gym in world it is above gold gym

The maintenance & services have downgraded significantly in the past few months.

This gym has worst management i have ever come across in my life. They are charging more than what other gym charge in city. Half of the time Air conditioning do not even work here and the management never have the answer for it.
