STARBUCKS COFFEE HEAD OFFICE I wish to register a complaint to Starbucks Head Office. I was in Starbucks, La Roca Outlet Shopping Centre, Barcelona. Spain I stood in line waiting to be served while two members of staff chatted to a lady at the counter.. i was the only other customer waiting at the time. The two chatting staff members ignored me for what seemed like almost five minutes. I asked another staff member if i could be served a coffee and lunch but she pointed to the two chatting staff members and told me wait. I waited a further period of time and was ignored, so I walked out in disgust. There were around six staff members behind the counter. The coffee shop was almost empty at the time. I have never experienced such poor service in a Starbucks Coffee shop before this incident. It is totally unacceptable and I would like Starbucks Head Office to take the appropriate action so future customers are not ignored again in the way I have just experienced. Bad service, cups with no Starbucks LOGO , no cover for the drink. They don’t understand. WRONG NAME

A really nice place to take a great coffee, I come here a lot. Friendly service and great brewages. Starbucks like it was meant to be

Polite and prompt service. Cleanliness needs to be improved greatly. Chairs and tables dirty, sticky with flies buzzing around

People don't seem to understand that the staff has to call you to pick up your order. Too many people bothering near the pick up area. The staff is very helpful and nice. The service is quite fast for the amount of people. It is very tidi considering how much people come thru and how dirty those people are. The staff is 5 stars they are great.

Got my order wrong, place is dirty

This location misses lots of the things I usually like from Starbucks. The floors are very dirty. There are not enough tables where you can sit with your laptop. Their WiFi login page doesn't work, so you cannot use the internet. It is full of flies, which is gross for a place that sells food. The only thing I liked about the place is the good quality of their sound system. So clear and crisp, 10 out of 10.

Self service, plastic cups, pricey and mediocre coffee...

I went there to meet with some friends, and I had such a great time. All my friends were so happy with the drinks, I chose a Frapuccino and it was delicious. It's always full but the waiting is worthwhile.

I went there and on the web it said a blubbery scone was available but when I arrived and try to order it they said that is not in this store and never have I hate that

I've been to multiple starbucks but this starbucks actually knows how to make the perfect Americano and I usually go to Roca just to get the coffee from here. Love their service and the donuts.

Nice area , amazing service and good prices and delicious drinks but there are WAYY to many flies , in fact more flies than I can count , they need to do something about that

Nice people, clean. It's Starbucks, it's not cheap.

I ordered a cup of Americano. A few seconds later, the Americano came out. I was wondering how fast an espresso shot could be. There was no dark taste of Starbucks inherent, and lack of body. I asked for it again, but the taste was still lacking. There is a need for improvement.

Very bad coffee

It was ok as Starbucks go but the tables had not been wiped down and there was a lack of hand sanitiser

Queue waiting for drinks is bigger than queue waiting to order. Ridiculous prices and very poor and slow service. Update. I ordered large latte, which is 3.70 on the menu. However it appears that I ordered some sort of extra-large, which is not on the menu and it costs 4.50... feels like scam.

When the weather is hot, go for a cold coffee at Starbucks!
