We had the best day with Javier touring around the Gaudi buildings. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes you to all the best spots. He is passionate in his work but he makes you feel like part of his family. We had an emergency and requested that we change the day of our tour. He sacrificed going to his son’s sporting event to make that happen for us. He is a star and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Javier is quite simply the BEST guide you’ll ever have! He is incredibly knowledgeable about Barcelona’s history and politics, he is passionate about the Sagrada Familia and is an expert on Gaudi. Even if you aren’t a Gaudi fan, his understanding of the man/artist will interest you going forward, I promise! We have used him twice for tours in Barcelona (we brought friends with us the second time and they absolutely LOVED him). He is a gentleman, very considerate, and conscientious of your time and money. Treat yourself and book the best tour you’ll ever have!!!

What an amazing experience! I travel a lot and Javier is without question one of the most personable and talented tour guides that I have ever met. I cannot say enough great things about Javier and how he made this vacation magical for our family. From the moment that you meet him, you can tell how passionate he is about all of the things that he is going to show you because he truly cares that you have the best experiences possible in Barcelona. He really delivers!! We did three tours with Javier, Sagrada Familia, old town, and a day trip to Girona. He has a remarkable ability to bring out tremendous detail about whatever it is that you are learning about. His stories bring each experience to life in such a way that he makes it very enjoyable. I recommend doing the Sagrada Familia tour in the afternoon so that you can see the light coming through the stained glass windows, breathtaking. One of my only regrets is that I did not use him to do the Picasso Museum tour. The tours that you get with Javier are personal and private for your group. This is a very elevated experience over what you can get from traveling with a large tour group. Javier thank you so much for making this trip such an incredible experience for our family. You made all of us fall in love with Barcelona. Obviously this is a highly recommended experience!!

We had the best time on our tour with Javier, who took us around to several Gaudi masterpieces in Barcelona. He was so passionate and knowledgeable about the architect and buildings, and Barcelona history. We learned so much and had a great time. It was also really well organized with skip the line passes at every stop (we never had to wait in any lines!) and a private driver who had an amazing new car, drove safely through crowded areas, and was always at the right spot at the right time to get to our next place. The company was very responsive when booking, and Maria was wonderful at customizing our tour based on our schedule and interests. I would highly recommend booking with this company and Javier specifically. We will definitely be coming back for more.

We did the 1/2 day Gaudi tour with Javier. He was among the best guides we ever used. Very knowledgeable, funny, and really made you were traveling with a good friend. Not pushy or preachy. His English is flawless. Offered helpful advice and recommendations. Would use him again without question.

Javier gave us an absolutely amazing experience! Upon meeting us, he asked a few questions to get to know us, and then took us on a customized tour that was specific to our interests. That personal touch made the experience incredibly memorable. He also adjusted his pace to be perfect for us. My partner and I spent a morning, an afternoon and a full day with Javier covering Gaudí’s work, the Old Quarter and Montserrat. We got around the city by cab and walking and to Montserrat by limo. Having a private guide and just two of us whisked us through queued visitors in key places. It also gave us the opportunity to get really good insight to the attractions we were visiting.
