The staff was talking to each other and screaming. Very unprofessional. We were so uncomfortable we left... it is a pitty because Guess used to be my favourite clothing shop. Not anymore.

I returned the watch under warranty for repair. I waited three weeks for an answer... The Guess company asked for 52 euros for repairs and also for moving spends (!?) of my watch. Very interesting, why does Guess issue a guarantee at all? I think not me but the company should pay - for broken belt and for waisted time

I tried to buy a dress for my wife. The brand has a better variety of clothes online compared with the actual shop. A bit disappointing.
