    I took my M1 macbook air in because 4 keys are having a weird sound and feel like burned plastic or cheap plastic, I have another air at home which keys are just nice and smooth to compare too. At the apple store they took mine in for a week and returned it saying they did not see an issue, this us unacceptable, this is not the kind of customer service expected from apple, it is very clear to the touch that there is an issue with the keys. Update today 15/12/21 I went to another authorized apple service and they discovered something under the keys, like how come the apple store couldn’t find nothing but a re-seller was able too, apparently they did nothing to check on my computer, what a poor customer service they didn’t even check the computer.

    Shopping at Apple has become a nightmare. I know the model I want and I have cash in my hand, I don’t need advice or to browse, but I still need an appointment, then I’m kept waiting even if I have one. Staff are stressed and rude. Apple, You’re trying too hard to be cool and your store model needs to change.

    Repairs. 1st floor. Poor attention to customers. Staff walking around doing their things and never looking to customers eyes , checking if someone might be needing something. The basics of what any customer service oriented team would do. Need training and better caring. Happy to give more feedback if someone there cares

    Total wast of time. Needed to make a appointment the next day due to some water damaged in my work computer. To be told I'll be send in takes a week and will be up to 1.5k in costs. Why couldn't they have told me this before or send it to me via mail when I made the appointment. The genius bar guy didn't even look at my computer.

    Really lame you can’t walk in to buy the new iPhone 14 on the release day… like what is the point of “reserving” when people are still queuing up anyway. Sorry I think this just leaves a bad taste imo.

    First negative review I have ever left on any company/outlet. Left my product for repair the 21st of September. The 26th I was informed it would be replaced by a new product; obviously I was happy with the service up until then. Ever since I have gotten in contact 3 times to ask about the status and they were not able to answer me on either one of the occasions. It actually isn’t a problem for me still, but the fact that nobody can inform me on how long this is going to take or can’t even bother to try, just amazes me. Unfortunately hospitality seems to be far gone at large commercial corporations. The latter time I wasn’t even able to get in contact with the actual store whilst technical support advised me to ‘send an e-mail’. Last generation Apple products I’ll use, not because of the product but because of the service.

    Cool place, can see all the product line in one place. A bit not comfortable trying things on the first floor, had to stand the time I could. There are seats there, but you can’t take the gadget with you. I wanted to try drowning pen, and it’s not easy to stand, especially when there are a lot of people moving by you. There is the second floor, more for games, tv. Also there is a huge seating zone, almost free on the second floor. People buy products, and get detailed consultation there. I also want people be aware of the glass stares inside. They are nice, but dangerous. Also, interesting thing. I was forbidden to unlock my phone with Face ID!!!

    Too much crowd, poorly managed, had to wait in queue to get information. I wasn’t able to buy because of the poor service. Now we have to visit again to buy phone. Apart from this Overall store is clean and well organised. Could have been better if it wasn’t for the poor customer service

    It’s impossible to get an appointment (even to buy stuff) but when you do, and come in on time they have you waiting endlessly, just moving you from one location to another around the store until someone comes to assist you. I just want to buy an airpod I lost, how hard does this have to be? Maybe Apple (yes that trillion dollar company) needs to spend more money on hiring store employees so your users don’t have to wait so long.

    Súper buena experiencia. I went in with a Cita/appointment to fix my laptop in the morning. No queque at all. Everything is done in 20min and they told me they will send back my MacBook in 1 week. Price is more expensive than third party but I feel more confident with AppleStore. Everyone’s nice, efficient and communicate really well. Covid measures are well taken

    Came for repair. Need an appointment, one person allowed in (spouse needs to wait outside), still need to wait way past the appointment time, not friendly, repair way over priced. Service used to be much better.

    Doesn’t deserve even one star. This was the worst experience with Apple company in my life. I was buying Apple products from the shops around the world and always very satisfied with the help from the people who work for this company in the stores. This time I had to come back twice and each time walk out of the store with complete disbelief how careless the staff was. I was asking simple and direct questions about the products to simply understand what’s best suited for me. The staff was making everything just more complicated and didn’t even slightest try to help. I wanted to purchase Apple TV and AirPods Pro. In the end I walked out of the store with empty hands cause this store doesn’t deserve me spending a dime there.

    The Barcelona Apple Store is located in the city centre. When you walk in it is amazing. It’s so modern and is beautifully designed. I have been to an Apple Store is London and it wasn’t as good as this in my opinion.

    Bad experience: Bought a leather case matching with an apple watch leather strap. The color vanished in 3 months, looking awful., i barely used them, really bad quality! The guy from genius bar didn’t even look at it and told me that leather things has no warranty. One of my airpods stopped working, had to buy new ones, of course the solution they give is that. On top of that they were very unfriendly. I am starting to be tired since i have always been a loyal customer. Will stop buying Apple products and spread the voice.

    Absolutely gigantic and, as much as I don't want to admit it because I'm not a fan of Apple products, beautiful building with a ton of space for the Apple diehards. We were here on vacation and my wife's phone stopped working. Fortunately it was just a very simple case of operating system glitch, but I personally am very appreciative that we were able to be set up with someone that can help us through the issue, however simple it turned out to be, within a very short amount of time period. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. They are nice and polite, and provide a relatively accurate time with regards to when we will be attended to.

    The usual Apple experience. Lots and lots and lots of people browsing and checking things out. Very busy at times but the store flows. It’s better to not go in a hurry even if you want to buy something quick like a cable 😀 it will take you a good 10 to 20 minutes to find someone, wait the queue to pay and navigate your way through the crowd to get out.

    Ok store to buy stuff, often long wait. Even longer for support (waited 45min above scheduled time more than once ). But specifically would like to highlight horrible experience with store managers, they have no idea of what a great customer service means: pushy to the border of being rude, won't listen to you or wont pay attention, no flexibility to get a customer's perspective, won't help in any way to orchestrate problem solving of multiple parties (online purchase, store return, etc.) - just useless, won't take initiative on anything to help the client to avoid endless loops of customer service ping pong. Just do not bother with them if you hoping to get a solution to your problem - try to solve it with folks online/phone instead. You will feel like you deal with people who abuse the power and overcompensate on you while admiring the process and you succumbing to their psychopathy.

    I always loved the store, but it's too restricted right now. You need an appointment for everything. Moreover, staff is not what it used to be. Apple can do a lot better.

    Disgusting service. The staff is absolutely not friendly, feels like they’re doing a favor paying attention to clients. I came to buy a phone, the consultant asked which one I want and after 45 minutes of waiting it turned out that it was out of stock. She couldn’t answer when will it be available, other options or places to make a purchase, she was really annoyed to answer questions. By the way the consultants English level was below average as well. I’m surprised and upset by such an atmosphere in Apple Store.

    Very helpful and attentive when it came to fixing my laptop as it was returned to me in less than a week. I had an awesome experience! I found them to be more knowledgeable than some Apple stores in the US. It’s a beautiful and spacious building. Barcelona and Rome are my favorite locations.

    I don’t know how it’s still possible and why this apple store still works. It’s a disaster and a big hit to Apple reputation. I use Apple products for years and of course familiar with Apple service. I never had any issues, but this store in Barcelona is a total mess. Tried to buy an iPhone with payment on Apple’s website. 2 attempts and no luck. The item is available on the website, made an online purchase with pickup from the store with reserved time on the next day. On the next day went to store and… The can’t give me the iPhone because of “error” and advised to come back later. “Later” is continuing still. The status of the order is not changed for a days, the store personal can’t say anything - they just advised to wait! To wait for what? No chance to get any help by phone too. No money, no iPhone, no support. Bravo!

    Most likely the only public review I'll sign with my name and that's because the staff at this store are amazing! After 1 year of numerous visits to other apple stores these guys finally nailed down the cause and fixed my laptop! They were patient and wonderful! Any issues you might have or unsuccesful attempts at other places, just go to Passeig de Gracia and they'll help. Thank you again guys!

    The place is good but it’s so very restrictive! It’s too much! You have to get an appointment for every single thing you want!! It’s a aware of time if you want more than one thing! What’s the problem if they implement a system to have the ability to buy more than one thing, go to bar genius and get information on what you need to know!! There’s nothing wrong with that!! Additionally, Barcelona is an interaction city, the staff must be able to speak in English fluently, not only Spanish!! I went there more than 5 times to do very simple stuff! I could do it in one visit without wasting a lot of time!! Apple must be more customer centered!! To take more care of its customers who are loyalists!!

    The service at the Genius bar is ridiculous. They are never on time for the appointments, resolve things way too long and don’t even try to make anything good if they’ve not acted well. Have had my Macbook fixed there 8x due to Apple’s design fault and only then got a replacement I an still waiting for after 4 weeks.

    I wanted to exchange a bracelet I had bought in another store in Belgium, and was met by Juan. He told me it was impossible and against store rules. Yet he made the effort to check with the store manager. Mario the manager did explain it was a problem, but he still managed to assist me and both were extremely kind and helpful and efficient during the process. Client service at its best. Something the store in Brussels knows nothing about.
