Eugene repaired a ring for me NO ONE else wanted to take a chance on. Really delicate work (the filigree detail on this 1900’s collar button ring had fallen off). I went all over California at home and all the jewelry repair people said it would be impossible. This ring was so important to me- I wore it every single day…and Eugene fixed it! Super communication, great price…and he speaks great English for all you ugly Americans like me 😆! Highly recommend! Would go back to him in an instant! ✨

Amazing work! I have been searching days to find an Jewellery that could fix the spring in my bracelet. No one even dared to try to fix it. Eugen took all the time (even in his break) to inform me about the possibilities to fix my broken bracelet. Finally he even managed to cut the bracelet open, fix the parts and to weld it together. It fits perfect and to be honest it even looks better than when I bought it in the first place. Price was reasonable and his service was very open, honest and 5 start worthy. Keep up the good work Eugen.

Stopped in the store after seeing some really unique pieces in the window. Would highly recommend! Got my wedding band resized even though it’s not an easy model to modify, basically 2 rings with different metals welded together (1 rose gold and 1 platinum). Very nice job, couldn’t be happier with the overall result! Eugen was very patient even with my endless questions and concerns. 😬 10/10!

I came across Eugene's workshop and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work, as many places even in Italy didn’t want to fix my chain, because of the fragile structure. We brought my fiancé's engagement ring to Eugen to be resized and he did a fantastic job. Not many jewellers in Barcelona work with platinum so we were relieved when Eugen was able to undertake the work. He was very reliable, helpful and responded quickly. Eugen was great! I didn't leave much time to have my wedding rings resized/polished and engraved before the big day and thought it would be impossible to find someone to do it. Luckily a friend recommended Eugen and he had them ready in only a week! The rings looked brand new, and fit perfectly! Couldn't have been better.

I had a great experience doing a course at the Eugen's workshop. Eugen is very talented and knowledgeable craftsman and he is eager to share his knowledge and experience with the students in a calm and gentle way. He is guiding you through the entire process, explaining different approaches, helping the student to choose and elaborate the one that would work better for the particular artwork. Those several hours every week were an absolutely absorbing creative experience and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to learn more about this craftsmanship.

Through a collaborative, custom design process we were able to combine the image I had in my head with enhanced functional and design details to make just the most stunning piece. Eugen is a master craftsman and a genuinely good human. I’ve dealt with my fair share of jewelers over the years and I have to say that my interactions with Eugen were some of the most natural and non-invasive of any I’ve had. I commissioned him to make a duplicate of my custom wedding band and it was no easy task. It required a very non-conventional design to be replicated in a difficult to acquire type of silver. He laid out the expectations right away and let me know the challenges involved and the timelines to be expected - and he delivered flawlessly on all of it. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result and we’re now already planning on the next piece we’d like him to make. All that aside, his designs are unique, interesting and artful. Pardon the pun but Eugen is a gem all his own.

I did a jewelry course with Eugen. The course was a great experience. The littles studio's atmosphere was just perfect. Eugen was always very helpful. The course was quite small, so we always had the chance to get assistance and instructions. 5 Stars, will do it again when back in Barcelona!!

I’ve gone my whole life without ever caring about rings, then I walked by Eugen’s shop and my attitude quickly changed. He has some awesome ring designs that really caught my eye and appreciation for aesthetics. I walked in and described a very specific design that would match my tattoo and Eugen was able to create the custom design that I wanted, he even accommodated my short timeframe (I was visiting Barcelona and was leaving soon). I needed mending on various yellow and white gold items, a diamond replacement, and rhodium plating. Eugen was very thoughtful about what could be done and I appreciated that he was willing to check prices of materials before I committed to anything. The turnaround was very quick as well.

My mother had a delicate 14K gold gemstone bracelet that has been broken since I was a child, and I brought it to Spain with me hoping to find someone who could fix it for her. Eugen was very helpful, explained the repair required, and gave us an estimate for the cost. Unfortunately, we had to leave Barcelona in a couple days which was too short for the repair time. We asked about shipping the item back to the US which worked out perfectly! Eugen worked on the item for about a week. Once it was shipped via fedex, it arrived on my doorstep 3 days later. The bracelet looks beautiful, and I’m excited to surprise my mother with it.

I came to Eugen with a ring that has been In the family for three generations so it’s definitely gone through it, I personally thought it was beyond repair but Eugen pulled through. Eugen Steier is a fabulously attentive and skilled jeweler. For me, buying a piece of jewellery was a first-timer, and Eugen helped me by guiding me in my thinking process of what I had in mind. I felt he took the generous time to understand my personal preferences and considerations. Because the ring I bought did not fit my partners finger, we returned and Eugen created an entirely new ring in the right size in a short amount of time (which did not cost more). Be careful to not stick around for too long, as Eugen is extremely friendly... Luckily there is a coffee machine ;) In terms of craft - although I am not knowledgeable - I am dazzled with his rugged yet scintillating almost moon-surface-like style. However - as my partner prefers more classic designs - classic style is also in the arsenal of Eugen. Thank you so much for your time, service, and most of all friendliness!
