DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! SCAM COMPANY!!! SCAM COMPANY!!! We hired the yellow Fiat 500 for 4 days from Thursday to Sunday. Returned it, refueled and without a scratch on the Sunday afternoon. The car was checked and signed off. 2 days later (Tuesday), while we were in the airport due to return home to the UK, I received a call from a man at the shop claiming that our car had been attempted to be broken into causing damage to the door while it was in our possession. We explained that the car was checked and signed off and if there was damage identified (which there wasn't) they should have told us when we returned it or on that day, NOT 2 DAYS LATER. We saw the car parked on the street on Monday, it could have happened then??? 3 minutes later £800 was taken from our Credit Card. Firstly, They waited until we were in the airport and couldn’t do anything about it to take our money. Secondly, the damage, which DID NOT a happen during our possession was not our fault and therefore should have gone through insurance. Luckily we still have the paperwork and we are fighting to get our money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hello, Rented a car from this place a few days ago and the service was excellent! The insurance was included as well, no hidden additional expenses, just pick up the car and go! Very friendly, strongly recommended.

The worst car rental ever. Very rude service, the company does not realise your order and they shout on you if you have any questions. Avoid rentcar mallorca!
