About 8 years ago I purchased a sofa and 2 armchairs from Decor Mobel in Payrà with a new, high-quality upholstery (Upholstered Plus-02) similar to leather, for my second home. To my surprise, today the upholstery is coming off. I have informed Decor Mobel of what happened and all the solution I have obtained has been that the factory had closed, that the warranty had expired and that they are very sorry, but that I "eat the brown". I feel deceived because even though the warranty has expired, they should respond to a case like this, reaching an agreement of any kind. I will not buy from this establishment again nor do I recommend it to anyone.
