Just
got
back
after
a
week
at
Hotel
Bernat
II
with
my
husband,
son,
daughter
in
law
and
2
grandchildren.
Location
excellent,
Rooms
clean
and
modern
shower
very
powerful,
although
I
do
not
think
all
rooms
have
been
refurbished.
Corridors
very
dated,
with
dark
wood
doors,
and
old
brown
flooring.
Food
very
fresh
and
a
good
variety,
and
replenished
quickly,
but
did
get
repetitive,
so
went
out
for
a
few
meals.
Staff
very
welcoming,
especially
the
dining
room
manager,
who
was
really
helpful
and
polite.
Pool
area
a
little
small,
but
plenty
of
sunbeds.
The
spa
is
lovely,
and
a
must
if
you
are
staying
there.
Not
so
good:
We
had
alot
of
students
staying
the
week
we
were
there,
for
different
events
nearby,
60+
students,
who
were
always
first
in
dining
room,
which
in
turn,
adults
and
thier
families
had
to
queue
behind
them,
and
wait
until
they
were
served,
in
my
opinion,
they
should
have
had
a
separate
dining
time
for
them,
as
most
days
the
queue
for
food
was
out
of
the
door.
Also
smell
of
cannabis
each
day,
someone
smoking
it
on
the
balcony,
which
was
an
awful
smell,
and
came
into
your
room.
It
was
even
been
smoked
the
morning
we
were
coming
home
at
01.30am.
No
entertainment,
which
I
think
is
needed.
We
had
music
on
for
Halloween
and
there
was
a
great
vibe
in
the
hotel.
Overall
a
good
hotel,
but
for
me
not
one
I
will
be
returning
too.
