I had a very bad experience with them last week. I had two enormous bags of soil delivered to my house. I paid extra for the delivery man to bring the bags up to my door because I am very small and cannot do it myself. The man refused to bring them up and left them in the lobby of my building. At the time I was in the middle of a class (I am a teacher). I had to stop the class to stay downstairs and wait until a neighbour came home to help me. I phoned Leroy Merlin begging them to send someone to help and they said they would call me back. They eventually phoned me back 2 or 3 hours later, I missed two classes waiting with the soil and lost a lot of money that day. When they finally phoned me, they offered me the money back for the extra delivery (2.90) which they paid me and they also offered me compensation- they did not give me any compensation. It is very unlikely that I will buy from them again, which is a big shame.

Don't buy online (I see another comment this week saying that, we can confirm) We bought 4 chairs , we received only 3. 2 months later without having a single call, we decided to go there to see and retrieve the missing chair, we got it but broken... Very disapointed

Overpriced and low service focus of most sales people. Rather disappointing experience. You can get the same products way cheaper with other players in the same market.

Update: I contacted them via Google chat as they advised in the reply and they didn't even reply after few messages. After all of this I haven't got my refund yet and today they have opened a new case to check for refund. People really get paid for nothing here. I unfortunately cannot rate 0. Their online store is so bad that we ordered online 3 times and they always sent either broken or incorrect parts. This time we ordered a table and they sent a different colour, moreover after a month they sent a replacement which and surprise that too was INCORRECT. How can a company function like this? If you can't work properly online then only sell in stores!

Awul service. First item delivered damaged. When we went through the return process, it took a long time. Then they advised us to place another order while waiting. We had an item cancelled and a new item, and we got both items delivered by mistake . Customer service unhelpful and delivery staff unaware and not helpful at all. Won’t be ordering from Leroy Merlin again.

You can find all the things you needed from decoration to constuction, furniture everything under one roof. Excellent

I'v bought some usb and 12v fans for the yacht ⛵ however they don't work properly but iv thrown the box away. So can not return.

Avoid online sales! I bought an A/C unit from Leroy Merlin but they delivered 2 incompatible machines. I cannot return it since the units have already been installed, and LM refuse to engage with me. I have been calling for 10 days and they still have not even acknowledged their error let alone offered me a solution. It´s August: I cannot work in my overheated office, I´m missing deadlines. I am in despair. But Leroy Merlin just don´t care.

I was looking for specific products and Francesco, salesperson working in the garden section, was very friendly and competent. He really did everything he could to find solutions and even called other Leroy Merlin stores to reserve some products he didn’t have. I highly recommend 👌
