Jordi has an abundance of customer service skills. We rented two E-bikes with full confidence. It was our first time using e bikes and the Trek team made sure we went on our journey with knowledge to ensure our safety. It was a pleasure dealing with honest genuine nice guys who certainly put the customer first. Castelldefels is beautiful and the Trek Team are great ambassadors for the local community. We went on a little adventure where only the Trek bicycles could bring us. Fantastic! Would highly recommend.

They were able able to show her many different styles of jerseys and other cycling items. Your sales team even went as far as helping her find restaurants and other places to go in the area. They changed the oil from my Magura Breaks for 56 €. It needs 10 minutes of work. Very expensive I think! I think he didn't answered properly to my questions and he not explained by himself what he has found out. He just said eversthing is working well now! I asked 'How long did you work?' and he said 28€ for one oilchange. But it is still not working properly, but better! I asked then why the screws of the bar are not out, like normal after refilling. I think he forgot to try to put the screws in the right position before refilling the oil. For what he took more time by himsel was to try to sell me Oakly-Sunglasses. I didn't feel well after the visit in this Bike Shop.

Without a doubt one of the best bike shops in the whole area. They offer everything. You can rent incredible quality road bikes, ebikes and mountain bikes. Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff too.

Bought a second hand Marlin 5 (on marketplace) that was in horrible condition. I took it here and they brought her back to life! Very professional and friendly staff, went back for other minor things and the guys are always available and helpful, even to answer questions and doubts. 100% recommended if you need any kind of work done on your bike.

My canyon aeroad was in bad shape thanks the beast of a hill that is Rat Penat. Whoever thought rim brakes with carbon wheels was a good idea- they were wrong or didn't have a 500m 10% climb on their doorstep. Also my gears needed some attention. Thankfully the knowledgable and friendly bike-mad guys here sorted the bike out and now its as good as new. If only my legs felt like that! Top quality servicing I can highly recommend these guys.

Staff professionalism and personal treatment.

I went to Trek Castelldefels for the first time last week. The shop is well stocked with all the cycling gear you will ever need and has a large inventory of bikes for every skill level. They have a very nice repair shop on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. They are now my go to for all my cycling needs.

Ferrari and Tamara were fantastic helping me pick out a bike jersey… their customer service was above and beyond. Ferrari even went so far to make sure my taxi driver was coming to pick me up! Trek is very lucky to have such caring staff! Amy
