I really wanted to get a French manicure, a classic. After several corrections, the girl was left with an inelegant, crooked finger, a bleeding finger, and €28 lost. :( I add photo number 1. After 2 days I went to another place to have it removed and done again. I add photo 2 with a normal French manicure in another center. Anyway, I saw happy clients with normal one-color manicures. So highly recommended for simple manicures. The staff very friendly and attentive.

We loved it. We went to celebrate my birthday, so the three of us could pamper ourselves a little. They gave us pedicures and manicures. All perfect. The girls who attended us were lovely and treated us with great care. One of my friends is a beautician and she was delighted. They are professionals, with very good treatment and very friendly. The place is cozy, we only suffered a little because of them, since we believe that they had little light for working, but for relaxing, ideal. I was very low on spirits since a few weeks ago I lost one of the most important people in my life and they knew how to keep me distracted at all times. We didn't take many photos since we were going to disconnect for a bit. We recommend it and we will return

The girls were nice. The service left something more to be desired, the pedicure lasted 1 hr for the enamel, a complete pedicure, well, fair enough since I still have some hardness. Honestly, with how beautiful the place is, it has left something to be desired.

I had my nails semi-permanent done and I was very happy, the girls were very friendly and professional, just one drawback: they charged me €5 to remove the previous polish, it had never happened to me before in any establishment and that seems a bit abusive to me.

The place is very well maintained and they surely do other services well, but hair removal is not one of them. I've already tried it with 4 different people and none of them did it right. The last time I even thought about going to the place in front so they could finish waxing what was left.

I have been to the center on other occasions, but I think the staff has changed. On this occasion, I reserve for pedicures and manicures. When paying, they tell me that my polish is long-lasting, and that the price is higher than the initial price. Annoying, since at no time do they inform me of this supplement and when they give me the color chart they do not tell me that depending on the chart it varies, I pay the supplement. Anyway, I get home and my long-lasting nail polish takes the sock. A shame. I put a photo of the super long-lasting polish (5 hours) for which I pay the wonderful supplement that they don't inform me about. Of course, I won't be back.

I have been coming to this center for a long time and I always leave delighted, relaxed and grateful for the treatment. They are punctual, professional and the space is quiet and pleasant. Marina is on another level. Thank you !!

Hace muchos años que vengo aquí, para hacerme la manicura, pedicura e incluso depilarme. Hasta hace un año, era todo correcto, pero de un año hacia aquí el servicio ha desmejorado muchísimo. He continuado yendo porque quería darle varias oportunidades, el personal cambia y a veces no todos tenemos el mejor día. Pero estas dos ultimas veces, la experiencia ha sido bastante mala, desde una chica sin apenas experiencia, que está desganada y no paraba de mirar al móvil, pasando por desinformación en la web sobre algunos servicios. En mi caso, no pude hacerme la pedicura spa, porque al parecer tenia que llevar un pantalón o una falda que pudiera subirse hasta la rodilla; aún así me ofrecieron el servicio, pero realizándolo a partir del tobillo, pero decidimos mejor realizar la Pedicura completa, mi sorpresa fue, cuando a la hora de cobrarme me cobraron el precio de la Pedicura Spa y aún preguntando si era ese el precio de la Pedicura completa, mientras la chica estaba mirando el folleto con los precios, me confirmó que ese era el precio, porque no había realizado la modalidad Spa, cuando en realidad son 30€. En ese momento y después, pese a saberlo, no reclamé nada porque la diferencia no es mucha, pero este trato de tomadura de pelo, sin duda, ha sido el motivo por el cuál no voy a volver al centro, muy a pesar porque ha sido al centro al que he ido regularmente en los últimos 3-4años.

Local muy agradable, relajante al máximo. Excelente el trato de todas las chicas. Estoy encantada con ellas, pedicura, manicura, depilación cejas y labio, una maravilla. Ya tengo reservadas mis próximas citas, muy contenta Un 10 en todo

It is a beautiful salon in Arenys and convenient that you can make an appointment online. There is little daylight in the salon, so it is a bit dark. I made an appointment online, there was a long list of choices and my Spanish is not very good. As a result, I did have the appointment for Gel Nails, but not for the removal of old gel. Madam did help me. She took the old gel off with a machine (a colleague next door did it neatly with soaking and foil) but I thought she was pressed for time because I didn't make the right appointment. Unfortunately, my own nails are now very thin and they break off and after 5 days the gel is already coming loose on some nails and I can pull off the gel polish in its entirety, it appears to have no primer on it. When I came out of the salon I saw that the gel was set very bumpy. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Had a new gel polish applied today after carefully removing the remains of the gel polish.
