Fatal. I'm sorry but I am forced to make this comment to see if any boss sees it. I shop here very often and it's always the same, lines of 10 to 20 minutes because they don't want to open more boxes or whoever is at the checkout considers other matters more important. The staff are the most relaxed and carefree people I have ever seen, the managers get chatty and the employees deal with queues of 15 people. Please ask some boss to take a look at the cameras so they can see that I'm not a stupid person complaining, I hope this changes, thank you.

The meat and sausage is good, little stop for fish. What I see is that they are not in a hurry either at the delicatessen or at the fishmonger and to buy 4 things you take a long time and if you are in a hurry, doing things you are already late for everything.

Shopping at Condis has always been a privilege, the exquisite staff AND the best product, the unbeatable price-quality ratio, you can find almost all the brands, you can also do orders or home delivery, Condis,? And so yes!, But I have to say that lately they regret it a little, it's like they already have the clientele, and today when I went shopping there I tried to express myself in my language (Catalan) and two of the people who attended at the time didn't understand anything I was asking them, I had the feeling that they were talking to me badly, making me insistently repeat what I wanted, and speaking to me in a tone of voice quite inappropriate, I hope and wish it's just an anecdote, otherwise, I might have to rethink where I do my shopping....

Come in, say hello, ask... the truth is that they make you feel 'at home' I won't name any but I'll stick with them all: Leo, Susana, Angels, Antonio, Laura, Jesús, Jessica... If you are looking for a graphic definition of 'establishment of convenience' (what a horrible definition) this is it.

The staff is charming and attentive. It's nice to meet people with that vocation of service to the public. Home service, fast and punctual. The fresh meat, sausage and fish of good quality and careful handling, preparation and cutting.
