Disappointed with the service in terms of impressions, and it is not a one-time thing: Color prints full of white sheets (which as soon as you say that this is not the original image and that they do it again they answer that they are not a photography service) prints of documents not in the formats that are requested of several pages per sheet, and that they refuse to refund the money as soon as it has been reprinted in the format that was indicated with fewer sheets, and bindings of documents that have been printed there in which you later discover that they have been bound out of order, without follow the order of the original document or the page numbering. And to make matters worse, having to listen to comments like “make sure I tell you correctly”, as if they were not the ones who made a mistake with the printing instructions. Please do not offer printing service if you do not know how to do it. Thank you.
