BEWARE!!!!! Nice place, BUT DON’T TRUST THEM. We found the hotel safe and comfortable but when we checked we asked if we can stay with our 2 weiner dogs. They said yes, it would be a $500 deposit. When we went to check out they said there was dog hair on the beds. I asked “DON’T YOU CLEAN TUE BEDS ANYWAY!” SHE SAID NO! Let me repeat: SHE SAID NO!!!!!! I asked how much of the deposit they were going to take and she said ALL OF IT. Also, when the guy checked the room he stole my husbands Maui Jim glasses. We just got tue hell out of there because obviously these people were SUPER SHADY. In addition to them not cleaning the beds between customers, the floor was sticky and smelled horrible. At first we didn’t notice because they had a ton of air freshener in there. Obviously this is the nicest place around so it’s okay, but just don’t trust them.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are firm. We really liked the pillows. There is plenty of hot water for showers and the parking security gentleman really takes his job seriously. It's noisy out on the highway with all the trucks going by and there was a train sometime after midnight. It's an excellent place to get off the road when it's getting dark. The desk clerks didn't speak much English, but they were very cordial.

Very clean, inexpensive and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent food, but no ambiance, it feels like a cafeteria. The food and friendly staff are worth it!

We had a great stay, everything very clean, nice service, nice beds and extra blankets, had drinking water available. Overall we'd be back.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Room was clean and spacious for a family of 5. The restaurant next door delivers to your room.

It has a great price, clean, and ample parking. Very convenient stop over to hit the border early heading north or to get off the highway before dark heading south. The road noise is the only detractor.

The service was great, everyone was very nice. The rooms need a little love, especially the blankets. They looked very worn-out. The parking lot was very organized and clean. Visit the restaurant, it has very good food. The Chilaquiles are delicious.

The location is good because it's on a main road from Nogales to Sonora. Reception desk is nice and people are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The furniture is nice the AC worked great. Coffeemaker and table with a couple chairs are a nice touch. Personnel is very attentive and courteous. Very helpful. There is a convenience store and a pharmacy almost across the street, also a little Caesars pizza. There is a restaurant nearby with the same name as the hotel the food was ok the service is terrible and the price is high but they do room service so maybe it's best to order in. There is a taco place walking to the corner almost across the street from hotel not to far off. Other than that there isn't many places within walking distance. The price is great for the hotel and the service. The location can get noisy if there is traffic. But overall this is a very decent clean and comfortable hotel for a good price.

The place is well located, the service is fast and the rooms are so so good.

Our second stay here at Elba. Rooms are pretty good, although road noise from the street is pretty evident due to single pane glass and no seals around the entry door (outside light all around the door). Beds, bath, and furniture are all of good quality, and the room was ver clean. Super friendly staff, and the car wash and restaurant nearby are a great benefit. Food at the restaurant is quite good and they even do room service! They are also pet friendly. Will stay here again on our travels and can highly recommend it.
