can’t
say
my
5
star
rating
is
indicative
of
this
facility
as
an
entirety;
but
the
RNA
at
Coventry
Court,
Rafael,
is
well
deserving
of
a
5
star
review.
He
took
extra
time
and
care
with
my
grandmother
once
her
insurance
stopped
paying
for
her
to
receive
physical
therapy.
I
explained
to
Rafael
that
I
couldn’t
bring
my
grandma
home
from
the
facility
and
care
for
her
by
myself,
as
she
was
bedbound,
24
hour
care,
and
wasn’t
able
to
stand
or
transfer
to
a
wheelchair
without
maximum
assistance
from
2
people.
When
he
saw
how
badly
my
grandmother
wanted
to
go
home,
and
the
helpless
position
I
was
in
not
being
able
to
bring
her
home
and
care
for
her
on
my
own;
he
took
it
upon
himself
to
have
her
practice
getting
up
out
of
bed,
standing,
and
turning
so
she
could
safely
transfer
from
the
bed
to
a
wheelchair
with
VERY
minimal
assistance.
Because
of
Rafael
going
out
of
his
way,
taking
the
extra
time
to
work
with
my
grandmother,
and
giving
her
the
confidence
she
needed
to
realize
what
she
was
capable
of,
I
was
finally
able
to
bring
her
home!
I
can
honestly
say
that
Rafael
saved
my
grandmother
from
spending
the
rest
of
her
life
bedbound
in
a
nursing
facility,
and
is
the
reason
why
she’s
happy
at
home
right
now.
He
genuinely
cares
about
each
and
every
patient
at
this
facility
and
their
well-being.
Always
going
above
and
beyond.
Not
to
mention,
he’s
one
of
the
hardest
working
individuals
that
I’ve
ever
encountered.
He
never
seems
to
have
a
moment
to
spare,
yet
somehow
makes
the
time
to
help
anyone
that’s
in
need.
Coventry
Court
is
beyond
blessed
to
have
him
on
their
team,
and
hope
they
give
him
the
recognition
he
so
deserves.
