These guys are a joke. They say "no one turned away due to the inability to pay". Well I sure got turned away. They wanted $118 to shoot my head full of radiation, just to perform an exam and tell me what I already knew and to come back. I need a tooth pulled. It's not even a whole tooth! Just a small little piece. Just shoot me with a little novacaine, yank it and send me on my way. 2 min max. It's so loose in fact that it'll probably come out on it's own. Don't waste your time with these money grubbing frauds. Any lawyer willing to take a false advertising case?

Finally! I found a clinic whose staff are kind, efficient and helpful. The PA was very pleasant and thorough. Reviewed all my medical records and treated me with much respect. The doctor that I was assigned to, took all the time needed to listen to me, gave me all the help, attention, and information regarding my needs, was superbly respectful, compassionate and kind. I left feeling hopeful and happy. I am quite certain that I am finally in good hands and with their care, I am on the road to completely recover my health. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 3 weeks for my mom’s appointment only to show up at 0750 today and be told that the nurse who was going to see her called out for her shift and they couldn’t take us in today. We were rescheduled for 24 days later at 0920 and I asked if we can be informed next time if the nurse/doctor doesn’t show up and the receptionist said that they don’t call patients for that. Some customer service 👎🏻

I can not give a good review of hurt family clinic. I went in over two weeks ago for severe constipation. I saw a pa and she prescribed some cool-rite for me. I got home trod the meds as prescribed nothing happens. So I made another apt to see a dr but I got the same pa. She had told me she did everything she could and I said really and laughed well now two and a half weeks later I called again on the phone and finally the referral went through. So I will never go back to those hacks again. Oh by the way one of the pa's is absolutely great her name is Leslie

The receptionist was so helpful and knowledgeable when I called today. Better than the pediatricians front desk where I take my kids in Newport. We live closer here so I was calling around to get an appointment.

Been cooming for almost 2 years not.once did any of the staff or doctors make me feel anything but respect and the front desk girls are like family at this point. My normal dentist dr..zendaya did I get that right? Lol shes the best I had my jaw wired shut a while ago and still get pains and panic from dentist a bit but she worked with me and now its routine. Well sadly when I showed up at the crack of 7 for a filing my normal dentist wasnt there which now really doesn't bother me, but this Asian guy tallish just was having some kind of a melt down before he even started never said hello, never says what the plan is so open up let's start drilling. It was a bit of an awkward angle and he screamed in my face to the point I could feel spit on my face. Instead of asking if I was ok or any normal doctor he just shoved a brace against my lower lip it split open. Bled. When he was done he just barked at me that I need to keep my tongue still. I was still bleeding and never said a word of empathy or emotion. Everyone else in hurtt are just the best kind of people 5 stars anyday. This man should not be practicing on anything I'm gonna trust you guys to do the right thing, as I said your family almost. But I cant just not say anything that was immoral and degrading and if I didnt respect you guys I'd be going down the...yah fix this and your 5 stars go back =/

Been going there for years now not that bad at all compared to other primary doctors offices. They also tend to help the needy and people who can't afford to see doctor's for their health issues

Ive called and asked for a new print out of the labs needed for a blood test and they told me to come in and get it any time. I come in and i ask for the papers i need and they tell me to sit down the next day, they tell me i need to see my provider when it hasnt been a year its just that it was last year and instead of letting me move forward with this they are making me wait until it has been a full year. Way to get your co pay // previously met with Dr. and was a fine visit but this was lame

Called to reschedule an appt that I couldn’t make it to. Was told I wasn’t able to reschedule and that I’d have to call each day in hopes of a cancellation. Was told that this was because I had missed my prior appt, eventhough I had called prior to that appt in order to reschedule. I was never called back and now I’m being punished? (Called two more times and was on hold for over 15 min before hanging up). Wow…in utter disbelief. Guess they don’t care about their patients and now I get to suffer for their incompetence!

If you’re here you’re reading this Now you can’t say somebody didn’t warn you about this place. If you are sick and concerned about your health, I recommend you go elsewhere. I started going here about a year ago. It takes forever to get an appointment. Recently I scheduled an appointment with my doctor on a Friday. The office called me Thursday 30 minutes before closing to cancel the appointment. I called Friday morning to reschedule for the following Friday. Thursday comes, and in the morning, I get a message to confirm my appointment. Then at around 4:30 PM, I get a call from the office canceling the appointment for the second time in a row. Do not go here.
