I’ve been here a bajillion times, and I’ve done a few of the rooms twice. The last time I was here for my cousins birthday, Prescilla was our host. She is AMAZING. She was very kind, helpful, quick to respond, patient, excellent communicator, hospitable, and hands down the best host I’ve ever had. This woman deserves a raise!!! She helped us take some bomb diggity photos, helped me get a discount on my next visit, and when I told her the escape music creeped me out, she put on spa music! Any group that has Prescilla as a host is incredibly lucky, and she’s definitely an employee that adds value to the company. Again, she deserves a raise. She makes me want to return to the escape game. I hope y’all have as much fun as I did.

This is our 4th time at the Escape Game in SF and it continues to be a blast! The staff always add to the awesome experience. This time, we had the pleasure of working with Jesse for our Playground run. 100% recommend if anyone is ever on the lookout for an hour of fun in SF!

I have visited the Escape Game place today at December 4th on my birthday! The staff is extremely supportive and friendly during the whole game. We had Prison Break and the Heist rooms. On my second game purchase, they gave me 20% of discount. They are always welcome to guide through the game process and answer all your questions! With Escape Game, I have experienced a roller coaster of emotions and I can confidently say that it was the best experience I ever had! I am definitely coming back with my friends for an upcoming adventure.

I recently had the pleasure of participating in a escape room game, and I must say, it was an experience like no other. The room was intricately designed, with puzzles that were challenging yet solvable, keeping us engaged throughout. Our guide, Benji, was the icing on the cake. From the moment we walked in, he set the tone with his enthusiasm and clear instructions. He was always there to provide subtle hints when we were stuck, ensuring that the experience remained enjoyable without giving too much away. The game flowed smoothly, thanks in large part to Benji's expert guidance. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in our enjoyment. It's rare to find someone who can make an already great experience even better, but Benji did just that. In summary, the escape room was top-notch and our guide Benji elevated the whole experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and challenging outing. Would I go again? Absolutely, especially if Benji is there to guide us through! Cheers, Max

We played three games in one night and had a blast! Super friendly staff, great game design, challenging but doable puzzles. We had four people and that was a great size for all the rooms we tried. We’ll be back to try the rest!

I’ve been to a lot of different escape rooms, but “the Escape Game” in downtown SF tops them all! First of all, it is clean and well maintained too. We had to play with additional guests not in our party but that actually made it even more fun! In particular James Katherine was the most approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable team leader there. They gave us hints but by Some talent or maybe it was a gift of theirs, they helped us not feel ashamed to ask for a couple of hints too! The 12 and 13 year olds in our group seemed the most competent at solving the puzzles, they were very impressive! But again, James Katherine made this whole experience the most memorable! I totally give them an A plus! And The Playground wasn’t just for kids either, we were all entertained, the young and the old as well.

My brother and I completed "The Playground". The staff were very friendly and helpful during our time. Luis was an excellent task master. I would definitely come back when in town!

Fun experience with the gang, Chris and Sasha were excellent Game Guides, definitely recommend playground. The funnest!

2 days in a row! I loved it!! Such a great experience to do with friends and family! Julius and Jesse where awesome! They helped us to have an amazing experience!
