Hands down the best escape room. Super fun rooms. Great hosts. Easy check-in process. We drove 2 hours just to go to this place. Definitely will return.

Loved it ! We went for our 4 year anniversary and we were so happy with how nice everyone was! They made us a card for when we left too :) We talked with Zarriana and she was wonderful! So nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the room!!! The rooms are super detailed and have puzzles that are fun for all experience levels!

The place is brand new. The staff is kind and helpful. Across the street from the Boudin restaurant. Use the parking at the Pier 39 lot and order your parking tickets online. We have done over 20 Escape rooms and this one is top 3. The props and visuals are top notch! We had a party of 2, but they guided us to freedom!

An incredible experience! Whether just wanting something fun to do on a random day or planning an event for a birthday party/work group/etc., these guys have your back! The kindest, most patient and helpful staff, they give infinite clues without making you feel bad or making the experience too easy. The rooms are intricate, clean, well put together, and create a fun ambiance! Overall, could not recommend this experience more!! Abel helped my group get set up and was so so so awesome! Didn’t catch our clue givers name, but he was absolutely incredible as well!

The new time travel room was incredible. The presentation and game pieces were very appropriate to the themes and really fun to find and use! Sounds and visuals were very entertaining. One of the puzzles was broken, but our guide was one step ahead of us and had a work around to give us the same clue so we didn't have to break stride! Finished with time to spare!

Nicky was our game master and she was great! She was so helpful and friendly and clear. She made our group excited to start the game and happily took photos for us. We will be back!

Had a great time for my first escape room, played special ops mysterious market with a group of 4. Staff is wonderful and chat with us for ages. Standout staff were Jas and Drew, seriously please give these people a raise. They took pictures for us and gave us picture ideas. If you haven’t been please give them a look!

Great experience! Josh made it a fun time and we escaped! The place is also huge and perfect for a fun time!

We had a great time. Our game host Dania was amazing. She was very helpful and funny with clues. :)
