Best bakery in Montecito and now Santa Barbara too (with their 2nd location on De La Vina). The bread (baguettes, loaves…) is exquisite, similar to what you’d find in France. The pastries are a real treat, very gourmand and you’re gonna want more! Among my favorites are the baguettes, the avocado tartine and the almond brioche (with cream inside, so tasty!). The coffee is as good as the food! They also have a delicious variety of tea and other drinks. You can also purchase some items for home like homemade granola and tea… It is really a place not to be missed if you are visiting Santa Barbara (the locals know 😉)!

Very busy for a reason. If you’re looking to spend a morning sitting outside with a great cup of coffee and pastry, come here! Almond brioche is A+

The Avocado Tartine tasted as good as it looked. Getting it to go was easy but next time I would ask for them to cut it in quarters for a little easier eating on the go.

Egg and cheese sandwich and mushroom and cheese croissant. Both were so good and I’d definitely order again! We also got a chocolate croissant. It didn’t have much chocolate filling, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5.

Small place but everything in the display case looked so yummy. I got a chocolate croissant and was not disappointed. It was a delicious combination crispy, soft, and fluffy goodness. This is definitely worth a pitstop if passing through the area.

Good, but i thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. A lot of it just felt like fancy avacado toast. That being said, I did enjoy almost everything I had, although I thought the breakfast sandwich was a little one-dimensional. I would probably go back for the loaded tartine though!

I was on a trip to Santa Barbara with my sister and was staying next door at wonderful hotel. We noticed they had coffee so decided to try. Wow do they have the BEST coffee and tea. We decided to try breakfast and it was EXCELLENT. The pastries are beautiful European, rich in flavor without being really sweet. We went there a few times and sat outside. True European experience without having to get a plane ticket! Look forward to coming back...service was excellent also....gluten free options excellent to!

I love this place. Pastries are absolutely awesome, coffee is great. Outdoor seating area is lovely. My only gripe is that the staff are often a bit chilly.

Chocolate Almond Croissant Ham&cheese Croissant Chocolate Cherry Chip Really enjoyed these options with a good cup of coffee Order at the counter and coffee served once it's done. Seating outside is relaxing, worth a visit if in the area.

Everything here was absolutely delicious! The croissant is 70% chocolate and oh so delicious. I got a baguette for the road, egg and salmon sandwich and chocolate croissant. The eggs are done perfectly and melt in the mouth. I came here on a recommendation of a friend and so delighted.

First time @ Bree'osh! And we loved it! The eggs were perfectly prepared. The eggs were not over cooked like most restaurants. And the pastries are heavenly...... 🙏🙏🙏 we will be back! Add a couple of photos from a resent Croissant Class @ Bree’osh Bakery. Very nice class! They look a bit rustic but the flavors are awesome. Now we need to practice at home or just visit the wonderful place called Bree’osh! 🥐🥐🥐

Quick and easy stop in a nice area. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. Americano was good as well.

Really good quiche, pastries, coffee. I wish it wasn’t so expensive, though. Last time here, they had already run out of the vegetarian quiche at 11am, and a customer had a dog in a service animal vest that clearly wasn’t a service animal; as they were barking and guarding the door. That doesn’t have much to do with the business itself but it seriously harmed my experience attempting to get food.

One of the best French bakery I have visited in the last 12 month. Didn't have time to go to Paris for a delicious breakfast croissant, is ok drive to here for a fantastic vegetarian egg and mushroom croissant and almond brioche and a latte.

We had a delicious brunch with my family! I had BLT sandwich and tomato soup , my husband got omelette, and for our daughter we got scrambled eggs with toast . Everything was sooooo delicious!! I finally with this long trip felt like I’m eating something healthy and delicious!

It's a small place so the line can be long but it's worth the wait. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and the pastries are amazing. We tried the almond croissant and a cinnamon bun on our last visit and they were delicious.

Very cute place with cute friendly people, nice seating outside, with landscape provided by potted plants. I had a croque-madame, my daughter had the baguette sandwich, also had a plain croissant and cappuccino. Croissant was okay, croque-madame was gooey and creamy rich, made with soft toast bread, baguette was good and comparable to the ones in France. Croque-Madame should have been made with a sturdy sourdough bread instead of the super soft wonder bread, in my opinion.

I came here for a late breakfast. Nice cozy place with plenty of outdoor seating. Got Salmon Tartine and was very happy with my choice. Freshly baked bread, fresh smoked salmon.
