Arrived
at
1pm,
was
told
that
the
room
would
be
ready
after
2pm,
before
4pm
at
the
latest
-
and
that
they'd
give
me
a
call
when
it
was
ready.
I
proceeded
to
wait
3.5
hours
before
going
back
to
the
hotel
lobby
to
ask,
and
they
couldn't
find
the
keys
to
my
room
(who
still
uses
hard
copy
keys?!?!)
The
front
desk
rep
(I
felt
bad
for
him,
he
seemed
too
new
to
be
alone)
called
his
manager
who
came,
who
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
this
is
normal
to
not
be
allowed
into
the
room
before
the
check
in
-
except
for
the
fact
that
HE
WAS
THE
ONE
THAT
TOLD
ME
IT
WOULD
BE
READY
BETWEEN
2-4pm
and
that
he'd
"call
me
right
when
it
is
ready".
I
told
him
that
it
was
already
4:30pm,
and
that
if
I
checked
out
30
minutes
later,
I'd
get
charged
a
fee,
but
them
letting
me
in
30
minutes
past
my
check
in
means
nothing.
The
manager
then
tries
yelling
over
me,
when
I
explained
that
he
said
he
was
going
to
call
me,
and
kept
saying
"the
room
wasn't
ready!"...but
I
had
actually
been
sitting
next
to
the
pool
for
the
last
hour,
and
the
cleaning
lady
had
finished
my
room
at
2:30pm
(it
was
right
next
to
the
pool,
and
I
remember
thinking
"I
wonder
why
we
can't
have
that
room
if
it's
ready"...only
for
it
to
be
the
room
they
gave
me).
The
lights
don't
all
work,
property
and
amenities
are
grossly
outdated,
the
bed
wasn't
that
comfortable,
and
there
was
EXCESSIVE
noise/partying
all
night
upstairs
from
us
(which
the
front
desk
did
nothing
about).
Save
yourself
a
headache,
don't
stay
here.
