This is my last meal on death row. You think I'm kidding...I'm not. I have been to 14 countries as of now, so trust when I say I've had some amazing meals. The grilled fish tacos could LITERALLY wake me from a coma if I caught their delicious scent. Myself and all of my friends have said these are the BEST fish tacos we have EVER had. Many of these friends grew up in Mexican households too, so I know they're being for real. This restaurant better be here 50 years from now or I will be devastated.

Best taco's in Santa Barbara, fast, friendly and always high quality. They also have Excellent fish and chips. Spicy shrimp and grilled fish tacos are the best.

Three spectacular tacos for $10?! Yes please. Got the ahi, shrimp and Gangnam. Each one had distinct, unique flavors and if we weren't so full we would have sampled more. Truth be told, there are countless 5 star reviews online for Mexican places all over southern Cali that simply don't deliver. We've been disappointed time after time. East Beach Tacos lives up to their excellent reviews Can't wait to return.

This place is an absolute banger. Don't worry if there's a line, the food is worth the wait and they make quick work of the queue. I got a beach ball and a spicy crispy shrimp taco and I can't stop thinking of either.

Great selection, I got three tacos for 10 bucks with their three taco deal. I got the crispy spicy fried shrimp taco, the ahi taco and the fried fish taco. They were all really good

Amazing food and nice patio to come with kiddos. Food was delicious. Come early for lunch as it is very full of customers at 12 pm. Parking is small so again arrive early.

Waited almost 20 min for these tacos but they were definitely worth it. The place give some “hole in the wall” vibes but the tacos were delicious! I recommend the grilled shrimp

Ordered the triple play, a great deal for what you get. 3 tacos of your choice and chips and salsa. Ordered 2 spicy crispy shrimp and the grilled fish. Both were great, flavorful, and filling.

Great tacos and great prices. I ordered the Triple Play (three Classic tacos) and the taquitos. I especially liked the gangnam style taco. Fresh ingredients made to order.

Delicious tacos. Excellent chips, salsa, and guacamole. You can’t beat $9 for 3 tacos. Must have when visiting Santa Barbara.

Tacos are my favorite food and I have never gone wrong at East Beach Tacos. If you’re a college student on a budget, this is the place for you. You can get 3 tacos and chips for $10!! You can’t go wrong with this place. It’s also really fun to watch people at the batting cages while you eat. The service here is pretty fast and the employees are really nice. Be prepared to wait a little bit if you go during the lunch rush.

The enthusiastic reviews are not exaggerating. I had the batter up, tuna poke and carne asada tacos. Each it’s own flavor universe and perfectly balanced. If you don’t mind the traffic right beside and the totally uninspiring locale, eat the tacos on site. They are so fresh and perfect. No way to have them stay that way by the time you get home. And the hot sauce they provide on the side is absolute paradise. Not for the faint hearted, though.

No frills tacos and batting cages attached to the shop! Great for families but limited seating. What I’d come back for: ahi tacos (I bought a second round of them lol), the CEVICHE OMG, beer, chips/guac, and tater tots. I wanted to love the carne asada and grilled shrimp tacos, but they were okay. Loved the hot sauce though! Had a decent kick.

Casual tacos in a friendly outdoor vibe! East Beach Tacos seems to be a local favorite given the accessible pricing and informal ambience. I had good expectations going in and left happy. The guacamole and tacos were good, but the ceviche was truly the best of everything I tried here. While I appreciate the reasonable pricing and portions, the quality of the tacos wasn’t quite the best. I thought the proteins could have easily been seasoned better or made to be highlight of the tacos - instead, they were drenched in overpowering sauces and toppings to mask a fairly mediocre quality. Still good, but definitely room for improvement. Overall, a worthy spot for casual tacos and good vibes! Especially on a nice summer day!

East Beach Tacos have incredible tacos! You know when there is a consistent line to order, it's going to be good. I had their triple play deal and I got the carne asada, chicken, and grilled shrimp tacos and they were so good. Incredibly fresh tortillas and ingredients. The are the perfect size, so that three fills you up. The side of chips and salsa is a nice little addition to your plate. Great presentation and the food comes out fast. Reasonable priced and nice outdoor seating We definitely will be back!

Visiting town for work and a colleague reccomended this place. I got the "triple play" of a fried cod, carnitas, and spicy crispy shrimp taco. Delicious! I don't ask for much but the grounds were clean, food was hot, friendly staff along with awesome music and my favorite, fountain drinks lol. Whomever in management sees this, job well done and keep up the good work! Will definitely return.

A favorite amongst Santa Barbara locals, so, like most places here, its reviews are mostly 5 stars. SB could do much better in the food quality. East Beach is a solid choice. Do not look for a genuine Mexican taco here. This is much more American-Asian fusion tacos, and, of course, the majority are dressed in aioli. I loved that you could switch out your tortillas for lettuce, but the lettuce wrap is not doubled up enough to truly be handheld. I had the Gangnam Style, Ahi Poke, and The Banh Mi (steak, tuna, and pork, respectively). The Gangnam was my favorite of the three, but some of the steak was chewy. Tuna was fresh but mostly sesame- flavored. The salsa and other toppings were very well-flavored, and you get a small helping of chips on the side. East Beach also has a few alcohol options and lots of fun sides and other entree options. Definitely not just a taco spot. Lines can be long but move quickly. Overhead announcements are easy to hear. Good amount of seating. Parking is very limited but there is street parking within 2 blocks away. If you’re in the mood for beachy tacos rather than something authentically Mexican, East Beach is a solid choice.

Nice taco stand with some classic and some unique taco flavors. Not much parking. You can watch folks in the batting cages while you eat.

Interesting spot. Walk up taco stand in batting cage complex. The service is friendly at this busy little place. They do offer outdoor seating where you can eat and watch the batters. The tacos are good and well stuffed with ingredients. We ordered the triple play a choice of 3 tacos. Carne asada 4.5/5, Gangnam Style 4/5, and carnitas 4/5. Others had shrimp tacos 4/5 and fish and chips 4/5.

Very delicious tacos with some interesting flavor options. We ordered the Gangnam Style, Carnitas and Grilled Fish. They were all tasty and flavorful. Out of the 3, the grilled fish was our favorite one. There was quite a line to order but service was fast and there are plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy.

Really excellent taco place. The shrimp tacos, Gangnam and Bahn mi are my favorites. They have outdoor seating right next to the batting cages. Dog friendly. The beach ball was pretty good and so were the wontons it came with. The hot sauce with the chips is killer. It’s always a must when we’re in the area.

Some great tacos. The ahi poke tuna taco absolutely slapped. Would come here again to try the other tacos and dishes. It’s right by the beach and had batting cages on site. A cool joint for sure.
