We
went
to
Santo
mezcal
for
dinner
around
7:30
and
waited
about
5
minutes
for
a
table.
They
will
start
you
off
with
delicious
thin,
crispy,
salty
tortilla
chips
and
a
delicious
mole
and
tomato
salsa
We
ordered
the
Ceviche
Verde
and
Ribeye
tacos.
The
Ceviche
was
amazing
and
presented
beautifully.
The
ribeye
taco
tasted
good
but
was
a
bit
cumbersome
to
eat.
I
thought
perhaps
it
needed
more
of
an
acidic
bite
from
a
sauce.
However,
I
don't
think
you
can
go
wrong
with
anything
on
the
menu.
The
service
was
quick
and
polite,
not
overly
friendly.
Our
waiter
did
give
a
great
recommendation
on
the
Ceviche
Verde
when
asked.
I
should
add,
the
one
negative
I
found
during
our
meal
is
we
were
very
close
to
other
diners.
It
didn't
bother
us
much
but
if
you
value
privacy
and
don't
want
others
to
easily
hear
your
conversations,
you
may
want
to
eat
somewhere
else
