Had an amazing breakfast on the outside patio overlooking the beach. The service was friendly and attentive, the omelets are tasty and well portioned for the price. Love the infused water along with the cold brew coffee!

Would come back here in less than a heart beat. The food was amazing. I was not able to eat it all, so I brought it back home and still tasted good that same night. Ingredients are very nice, fries were the right amount of crisp, and had a great appetizer that I have never had the pleasure of having. The free little muffins were perfect to start off the day. The only thing I was not a fan of was the tap water was used for the free water. The 8 dollar price for a large OJ was a lot, even for California.

First let’s start by saying that this place is in a great location. Staff is really friendly and attentive. Food was good, 4/5. But I just say, my friend really like her Huevos rancheros which is why this place gets an overall 5

Always a line but always worth it! They had the best French toast I have had in a long time. It wasn’t soggy or too dry, at the same time it had great flavor. Sat outside with the dog, the server brought over a water bowl, she was too kind. I came back for the cali breakfast burrito and it was one of the best I have had. I will be back. Pricing was good, parking is annoying though.

Had a great breakfast. The pancakes are very soft and fluffy and bacon is a thicker cut. The coffee taste great, not watered down. You get mini muffins before your breakfast comes and they're really good. I ate a few of them. We sat near the street outside with an ocean view. Great experience and will definitely be back next I'm in the area.

Loved the outdoor seating area with the big yellow umbrellas! Definitely a picture worthy setting. Was there for brunch and tried a couple of their omelettes. Big portions. Super delicious fries highly recommend getting them as a side.

We were a party of two adults and two children. We were told we would have a 30-minute wait but it was probably only 20. This restaurant is on the ocean so you get a wonderful view if you're willing to wait for an outside table. One of my granddaughters exclaimed that these were the best pancakes that she had ever had, and my husband and I must agree. They were very fluffy and tasty. My husband's club sandwich was huge. Their house potatoes were very good as well. The free basket of chocolate chip muffins were srumptious and gone in 2 minutes. The picture only shows half of it, because we devoured them immediately.The only reason I gave this restaurant four instead of five stars was because the hostess was a little short while taking our info and when I asked her for a menu she just thrusted my way and didn't even look up. It wasn't a big deal. I'd recommend Chad's for the food and the view!

Food and drinks were excellent. Line out the door was about 30-40 mins for outdoor seating, but indoor was somewhat faster. Staff was friendly also... definitely a great spot for brunch. Pro tip: add jalapenos to the Santa Barbara omelette...it was incredible.

The food was good, but the potatoes needed some seasonings. The mini muffins, though... were worth every bite. 😋 It had a nice atmosphere inside and good outdoor seating to enjoy the water views. It's a good cafe to start your day off.

Food was very good and the atmosphere is awesome. Retro style dinner with front row seats to the Pacific Ocean.

One of the best places to enjoy your breakfast. The location is unique and you can see the beach while having your meals if have outside seats. Their chocolate chip corn bread muffins are so good and fresh. Sandwiches and omelette are so good and cooked well. Belgium waffle with Real syrup is recommended.

I had the corned beef hash benedict and it was incredible! Loved this place. Tiny warm delicious muffins to start, don't eat them too fast or you won't want your breakfast!

There's a little bit of a wait to get seated, but the food and drinks more than make up for it. The home fries are delicious and seasoned well. The peach mimosa was also amazing and a small piece of cantaloupe was included on the glass as well. The servers were very attentive and were super friendly.

Fresh mini-muffins come to the table when you sit down. There's a flight of mimosas that is worth a try. You can't go wrong with anything here, but my favorite is a stack of pancakes with home potatoes on the side. Even waiting in line was okay because they had a magician entertaining people with card tricks. I love Chad's!

We ate outside on the patio, day was overcast but didn't mind because the people and dog watching was so good! The food was very good, I had SB omelet and mimosa flight. The inside looks like a mid century diner with large orange booths, and counter seating.

Outstanding food and view. Highly recommend!!The service was excellent and our server was the best. Can’t say enough great things about Chad’s Cafe! You have to try the mini muffins because they were delicious! Every single thing we ordered was great. We also had the breakfast wrap and it was amazing.

This is the perfect breakfast spot! It's right across from the harbor, it has outdoor seating and is dog friendly, and the food is amazing! They bring you hot fresh baked mini muffins when you're seated. I got the Santa Barbara omelette and my husband got the Fire in the Hole breakfast burrito both were delicious. It's super crowded on a Sunday so if you don't wanna wait be there by 8 am!

The staff was very friendly. The food was good. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread, and it was very good with heafty portions. I would skip on the coffee. I also had a cappuccino and had to get it remade because it was topped off with coffee grains. They remade it, and it was okay, but I wouldn't order it again. The milk was not thick and velvety the way it should be or how it looked in any of the pictures. The taste was just not there. My husband loved the screwdriver drink. The omelets are delicious and so are the pancakes.

The crowds are evident as to why this spot is so good. After the first few minutes you’ll have the best muffins you ever had and the omelets are crepe thin.

It was fine, we ordered the tuna salad and the eggs Benedict. The salad was huge and the tuna was extremely fresh and flavorful, the only thing was that the greens were not super fresh. The eggs were good but portion was rather small

Had the pops combo. Immediately in the top ten pancakes I’ve consumed in my life. Good food, good customer service and its right on the beach. You can’t ask for much more.

My breakfast at Chad's was fantastic. Not only was the food delicious, but the complimentary muffins were a delightful bonus. I'm looking forward to returning for another satisfying meal!

Amazing food and great service, and the short wait for seating was worth it to sit outside. Pro tip: If there’s a wait and you prefer to be seated quickly, ask the host if there’s space at the counter inside.
