Located on the Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara, we chose to dine on the outside upper deck just as the sun was setting. It was beautiful and relaxing! The food is very delicious as well. We both ordered fish and chips and shared a shrimp cocktail. Everything was superb! Waitress was very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Great food with beautiful scenery. I order seafood platter, coke and orange juice, cost us around USD50++. I think the price reasonable and set enough for 2... recommended especially for Muslim visitors

Food was great, view was awesome. Friends and I stopped by Santa Barbara wharf to find a place for dinner to celebrate our brother's birthday. We happened by this place and we liked the menu so we tried it. The staff were great and the food was delicious! Definitely a keeper.

We had dinner here tonight. The location is perfect and where we are seated you can see the views however the food wasn't great at all. We ordered clam chowder and a steak. It was only me and my partner for this dinner, our food came out after approximately 20 minutes. The chowder was cold and so as the meat. We're in US for holiday and this is the first time we've received our meal this long. I was watching the table behind us with pax of about 5 people and their food is piping hot and was wondering why the hell ours came out cold. The clam chowder also tasted like it was straight out of can. I have tried the same from another restaurant and had a very pleasant experience hence the reason why I ordered but I don't recommend it from this restaurant. The steak my partner was served was medium rare but just okay. I will not come back in this restaurant again and I don't recommend it.

Great location on pier. Amazing views. Food is delicious and comes in generous portions. Yes they have beer and delicious cocktails too. Don't forget to save some room for desert. Yumm!

I had a fun dining experience here. I had the steamers with a house salad and the SB Sauvignon Blanc. The table was right at the window at sunset with beautiful views or the boats. There is parking on the wharf and is free for 90 minutes. The server Juan was great. They have some beautiful mosaic floors with a sea theme. The place is a bit dated, but the food and service was enjoyable

The harbor restaurant is a good seafood restaurant on the wooden trestle of Stearns Wharf. The door opened at 10: 00 in the morning, and the health and safety protection measures were well done. Every dish we ordered tasted good! It's a wise choice to enjoy the sea view while sitting outdoors!

This place is a great one admire Santa Barbaraโ€™s beautiful coast line. Also, their clam chowder soup and the fish & chips are really good!

Absolutely incredible service! Took our friend for her birthday. Thinking they were open until 10, we arrived at 8:50 to find that they actually close at 9! (Google is wrong, check their website hours!!) the hostesses insisted we stay and sat us immediately. The waiter was absolutely incredible (I wish Iโ€™d gotten his name!) he was very prompt and so kind despite us being so late. The food was incredible and reasonably priced for sea food. Then, as we were finishing up the waitstaff came out and sang happy birthday to my friend unprompted! We were the last ones in the restaurant and I'm sure the waitstaff were tired, but they went above and beyond to make my friends birthday a success! You all have customers for life!

Nice place with friendly staff. It's just strange that you can't get brunch upstairs. You can't even get the bottomless mimosas, even though there's a full bar and bartender up there.

This place has a nice view and atmosphere. The service is good and workers are friendly, too. Parking is free for 90 minutes. However, the food didnโ€™t really wow me. The fish and chips was a bit disappointing. I may come back to try other dishes because I had a pleasant experience.

The food is ok. It's not like it's so amazing and unparalleled. It's good. Here for brunch. You're paying for the view. The muffins are definitely amazing. The staff is friendly but I noticed they don't check on you. My order didn't come out right and I didn't say anything since it was no big deal (scrambled eggs instead of over medium) so I don't know how they would've responded had I told them. There's also no S/P on the table. I think you have to ask for those. The place is okay.

Try the signature Stearns wharf bloody Mary or bottomless mimosas, as you enjoy the views of the harbor and dine. Best food on the wharf with good service and presentation.

Drove onto the pier and parked easily at 10am on Sunday. Was there when the doors opened and beat the rush. The Harbor has amazing views and great food and is managing the lack of willing workers as well as it can. If you show up in a good mood and willing to relax and willing to wait a few minutes for the great service, youโ€™re gonna have good food and a relaxing meal.

We walked out to the pier for dinner on a Friday night and this place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful views during sunset. Michael, our waiter, went above and beyond - excellent service. The swordfish was outstanding and the jumbo shrimp was "best ever" according to my wife. Truly, a remarkable meal and experience. Kudos.

We got a great indoor table, just before the 5:00 rush, and enjoyed the views of the SUP parade, and then popped out for the tree lighting. As locals, we'd never done the Parade of Lights, and I'm so glad we did! Longboards was the perfect choice to start a very fun evening on the wharf.

The restaurant had a friendly service and the staff was very welcoming. The steak was a bit tough, but the lobster mashed potatoes were delicious. The clams were a bit chewy, but they were flavorful and the sauce was amazing. The clam chowder was also very good. The restaurant is a bit dated inside and out, and it is a large restaurant. There is no view because we went after sunset.

Beautiful views, great food, and the atmosphere was nice. I loved my Buffalo wings, extra crispy!

Place looks awesome because of the view, but interior is terrible, windows arenโ€™t being cleaned regularly and the lights are too bright. Server was a great guy but the place was obviously understaffed. Unfortunately also very empty for a Saturday night. The food quality was also below standards for a restaurant of this price. Food was average at best. If youโ€™re looking for a quality meal, go somewhere else, this place is for the tourists who want to be disappointed.

This restaurant has a very scenic view. It is located out on stern's wharf on the pier. It's a great spot to visit as a tourist or to take people who are visiting from out of town. The food is just ok. I usually get the fish and chips and the clam chowder. These are the two best items on the menu and the most popular. I will say that I have not had any of their fish entrees so I cannot comment on that.
